Superb service from a really lovely chap on two occasions in a few days...very pleasant and polite. Coffee is gorgeous. Plenty of seating upstairs when it's busy downstairs so it's easy to have a quiet relaxing coffee break. Only two minor points really (I only say this in the hope it might help make a difference)...one being that the cake one day was quite dry, so wasn't really to standard...the other point being that the toilet is too small and quite basic (though I know the building design probably doesn't allow for anything to be done). So happy to come here and be served really lovely coffee by such lovely staff.

Staff are wonderful. Hot chocolate is always delicious. I would like almond milk on the menu. As there aren't alot of alternative milks. Always clean and welcoming. Inside and outside is always a comfortable dining area.
Carrot cake is definitely recommended!
The food and drinks are lovely (especially the delicious, highly calorific chocolate cake) but quite expensive hence why I knocked off a star, but all the staff are lovely and friendly and there's good indoor/outdoor seating.
Great coffee, my wife and I feel totally relaxed here and the vibes are immaculate. Staff are really friendly and the barista who made our coffees was very pleasant to talk too! Definitely will be coming back!!!
It's really good coffee, they have many specialties and I like it 👍
But it will better to serve large drinks with non plastic straw for more convenient drinking 😊

The staff here have been around for ages and they seem to really think about who they take on rather than cycle through lots of staff, which speaks volumes.
I got served by Jackie and James and they were so helpful with me figuring out what I wanted and the service was so friendly without feeling forced. The atmosphere is always really cosy and food/drink consistently great. Food and cakes are of a high quality too, in particular the pastries, soups and pasta pots.
Nice coffee. The shop in Stockton a bit shabby and untidy. The toilet not very clean. Staff polite though
