Food was great, very much enjoyed my first parmo. We went on a Friday night and wasn't too busy. The tables were very close together though, would definitely reccomend to the owner to reconfigure the space so people aren't so close, it was to the point where it was a little uncomfortable. Staff were very attentive and helpful.
Had a large group of people eat last night including my fussy children. The food was amazon especially for the price. We travelled all the way uo from plymouth and I hadn't had a parmo since new-year and left fat and full the parmo was amazin and the garlic sauce was perfect. Also didnt have 1 complain from my children. Thank you so much to our server who I've forgotten his name but was extremely freindly yet professional.

I was lucky enough to win a parmo on one of their lives and paid for a second for my husband. It's the best parmo we've had. Tasty chicken, crispy coating, just the right amount of bechamel sauce and plenty of liquid cheese on the top. Chips were tasty with a nice seasoning. Salad was fresh, garlic sauce not very garlicky, but tasty all the same. Highly recommend.
Came here for the first time, as it was on my bucket list. I ordered the Mc Burger which came with chips, my fiancé the Plain (classic) Parmo which came with chips and dressed salad.
My McBurger was absolutely amazing, the delicious mix of ketchup and mustard sauce and sliced onions on top of the patty is to die for, the beef patty itself was nice, juicy and chunky. It also comes with sliced pickles but i took them off, sorry, I'm not a pickle fan but my fiance' enjoyed them lol. Chips were hot and crunchy just the way good intended them to be.
Presentation for both plates was exceptional, service was very friendly and patiently answered a my questions lol. Price is a bonus too and we were nice and full until dinner time. The restaurant was clean and not so busy, which i prefer.
We haven't been since and am still craving those amazing flavours from that burger, i can't wait until they reopen again.

Absolutely superb. Ignore the negative posts. The staff and food was excellent. My little one loved the place. Will definitely be going back. 5stars easily.

Only been a couple of times but I liked the staff so much, the reason is we left quite a bit of food, but don't be dismayed. The food is very good, but the chef came out him self and asked if the food was up to standard. This to me made a massive difference as he genuinely really cared about his end product.
The honest reason I'm not giving 5/5 is that I didn't like anything from the starter menu which is why it seemed a lot of food was wasted. I left most of it and then my eating partner left half of her main as she was so full. Trust me though, go here and eat as this food is top notch.
The best pub around.... The food is top quality and reasonably priced its not called the meatest pub around for nothing

Delivery tonight was 1 hour later than expected due to how busy they were but WOW food was delicious, would have happily waited longer .... tasty food, will be ordering again and most certainly visiting the pub asap. Ordered burger and parmos both unreal... very happy and currently in a food coma
Just had Sunday dinner here for the first time and I must say I was pleasantly surprised. Portion was massive for standard the beef was perfect and plenty of it. Service was excellent waiting about 15 mins and the bar man even ran to the shop for mint sauce which was above and beyond. Happy and will be back.
