Delicious meal at Planet Bollywood after my son's graduation. Some great recommendations about dishes to choose from the friendly staff and the food was absolutely fantastic! Highly recommend the lamb and fish starters in particular.
Went to this restaurant as a family group of eleven to celebrate a birthday. Staff were very weloming and friendly. Food was top notch. Good wide choice on menu. Took our own drinks and they were more than happy to provide glasses etc. They forgot to send one meal out which had to be cooked and came out slightly later. Staff (especially Dave) couldnt do enough for us. Was very busy but good atmosphere. Would definitely use this place again.
Upon opening many moons ago in Stoke, Planet Bollywood was causing a great deal of excitement, with locals hoping it would outdo the strong competition from other curry houses and takeaways in the centre of Stoke. Upon entering the restaurant, there's a whole lotta love in the way of ambience, cheery service and food.
Its a little bit dearer than most but, from experience, its a price worth paying for the extra quality. The Chicken Tikka Masala - like the old, classic Al Shafiq's - comes with the red rather than orange sauce (meaning more tomato based), and is much nicer for it, with the usual fantastic chicken. The chutney tray for poppadoms also contains a nice red sauce, so the colour red is a striking memory where Planet Bollywood is concerned.
They offer a 10% discount for curry collection and low calorie options on certain dishes (upon request). Certainly one of those dishes (and places) to come back again and again too... recommended.
Delicious authentic food !
They could improve on cleanliness ( table we were going to be sat at needed a wipe down first) .We were sat right by the door which closed with a big "bang"every time someone used it ! But that didn't put us off as food was worth it,as I mentioned above.Hope they will take feedback on board and improve their service.

Fantastic meal served by a man who was very polite we popped in after work really good food and service 100 Reccomend. I love curry myself and one of the best ive ever had which actually means a lot. Very good highly reccomend. I had balti and mushroom balti madrass hot like nectar 👌
I haven't been here for at least 10 years and it is still amazing. The food and service were 10/10 great atmosphere.

First visit, lovely Indian food with great atmosphere. Staff were attentive to our needs and were happy to split the bill at the end of the night. Food was hot, and quick to arrive on a busy night. Parking available at the back of the restaurant, couple of £ for a few hours. Thanks!
Been here several times now and it never fails. Food is really good and staff are amazing. If your too full ask them to box it up. Definate recommend if you want a great curry 🍛
Great tasty food. Staff very good with all aspects of the visit. We were in a bignparty but still didn't need to wait too long for the food. Would recommend 👌
