My husband and I went to see our friend Johny, at his pub in Burslem Stoke-on-Trent, where we were greeted by politeness. It's a very popular place to visit, where you can enjoy your time and the georgous beers that are nice and cool and relaxing.

Went here Saturday 8th April had a great night the entertainment was brilliant.

Called in before a game at Vale Park, and despite being away fans we were made very welcome by the owner, staff and locals.
Happy to recommend and will visit again for definite.
It's a shame the other pubs/doormen/police in the area weren't as welcoming to 3 blokes just wanting a quiet couple of beers before a game.

Been enjoying a pint or two for nearly 60 years, all over the world. Have had a number of locals, in that time, but this is the number 1, and that's no reflection on all the others. But in John and his staff plus the other regulars it is a great micro pub. Beer and snacks are great. Everyone, who behaves, is given a great welcome. Thanks to John for this great meeting place in a great town.
