I love this place, have been here several times and have tried most things on the menu, they are always consistently extremely tasty, fresh ingredients and well presented. There are so many other places that do cheap, bland, reheated, tasteless food....this, thank goodness is not one of those!
My favourite is the bowl of steaming mushrooms with garlic and the gorgeously soft brown bread! My niece loves the chip sandwich which is to die for she says!
It is always busy at dinnertimes, so get there about 11:30/12 to get a seat, I think the prices and portion sizes are very reasonable for such tasty, freshly prepared food. Very calm atmosphere also, with great table service. A little gem 👍❤ Hope they never close, or I will have nowhere to eat when I go to Trentham gardens.

Called in here for lunch on our first visit to Trentham. Fabulous sandwich..the bread was amazing and proper coleslaw on the side. Good value for money too. No wonder it was so busy. Service was efficient (if not overly smiley).

The guy who runs it was lovely and welcoming but one thing that put me off was I was seated by the bar when I entered and the guy behind the counter actually butted in my private conversation with my husband when I asked him a question about his coffee it made me feel like I couldn’t speak. They need more staff to keep up with the service as the guy was struggling to serve people and clean tables for the next customer while the other staff member stood and watched him apologise to people when she could of helped, also took my 7 month old daughter, there were no high chairs and no kids menu and the food was a tad over priced. As for the quality of the food although they bake their own bread which is lovely the flatbread chicken and salad sandwich was freezing cold and would have been better served hot and it had too much mustard on it I actually had a coughing fit after the first bite and couldn’t finish it I don’t think we will return unless there are some changes to the menu and the customer service.

Clean and tidy, service relative fast and very good quality products. Best latte I've had in long time and the cakes are just amazing. Is a must if you visit the market.
