Down visiting from Glasgow, and popped in with my husband and daughter after being in Alton towers all day. The children’s menu was great, our daughter is 1 1/2 years old, she ate most of it. The only complaint there is that the ice cream and fruit is gone from the kids menu. Our daughter loves fruit and ice cream and hardly touched the waffle.... I think she thought she was getting to see waffle the dog from CBeebies 🙈
My husband had a pizza and loved it and I ordeeed a steak. My only complaint was the it was more medium than rare and it was cold. However when I ask I said this to the waitress and she got me another one, which I wasn’t expecting! So over all great!! The waitress was lovely too, and was great with our daughter that kept saying hello and talking to her 😆

Frankie and Bennys vary from site to site. But this branch never fails to deliver, don't expect any fine cuisine, but a decent burger or bowl of pasta in a vibrant environment. We've found it's great for a business lunch as its busy enough for nobody to notice you
The service has always been good here and the staff are always willing to help, my wife rarely orders from the menu as there is a particular meal they did years ago she liked - they always replicate it especially for her without any problems.
I'd say we visit here on average once every two months or so, and ok for the quality of food it's a bit pricey but for the quick convenience and reliability of service and standard you honestly can't go wrong.

Ah, the romance of American diners. Those big ass burgers, Phil-y Steaks and Louisiana Wings, massive milkshakes and divine deserts...
It's all a recipe for a big night out, and a big dive into your pockets! So, taking that into consideration, at nearly 16 pounds for a double stack, double cheese burger with fries and coleslaw, this better be worth every penny!
The good news is, it very nearly is. A burger experience I will never forget, after taking a one off and taste tasting, the Irish beef patty was memorably delicious, meaty, flavoursome and leaving you begging for more.
There's no shortage of cheese - which is what you need on a burger this big - and most burgers usually fall short on this front, a big 'no no' if ever there was one. You also get gem lettuce, a whopping slice of tomato, pickles and sauce.
Fries were yummy - and you have no shortage of sauces to choose from - coleslaw was freshly made and the best I've ever had and the coffee was unlimited!
The only minus is the price - and far too much sauce on the burger - but the experience and quality overall was incredible. We even get happy birthday and celebration songs through the sound system which creates a memorable, joyous occasion, and service and punctuality was top dollar, also. Recommended!
Service is sometimes a bit hit and miss but the food is good. Shame it's in festival park though.
Called in this lovely place for a dinner, and was a nice pick! the food was awesome and tasted well. The meals portions were good and surly of great value for money. Ordered cheese garlic bread which was tasty and full of flavor. The margarita pizza as well as the arabiata pasta were good too. We’d got some awesome corn sticks and lovely fries, really enjoyed all! The place is go a decent interior design and the staff was helpful too. It was indeed a nice one and will have another drop in if back. Thank you Frankie & Benny's!
What an amazing experience for popping my frankie and bennys virginity! The floor staff were all so lovely to us and even went the extra mile to make sure we were happy with our food and drinks. They didn't laugh at us when we (two adults) asked for crayons and a colouring page. I was so stuffed and the lovely server brought us a box for our leftover garlic bread 😋 all in all good experience even if it did mean we had to come to Stoke. Xx

Loved this restaurant so much whilst I was a uni student. Perfect place to go for birthdays and family meals. The staff were great when we went for a friend’s birthday and brought out the cake for us and even let us use the fountain candles. We were so incredibly grateful.
The cocktails and food is always AMAZING, cooked hot, fresh and delicious and if on the off chance there are any problems, they sort right away. I once had a friend complain the coleslaw wasn’t to her liking and they didn’t charge for it. (Nothing against the coleslaw, just wasn’t made the way she liked it.)
The staff are truly kind and fantastic, very attentive and cheerful/friendly throughout the many visits we had to this Frankie & Benny’s from 2019-2023. The place is always clean despite it being a very family friendly restaurant and kids being there often - I’ve never noticed any food on floors etc - cleanliness is maintained at a high standard. Highly recommend the New York grill option and the bacon and chicken pasta (I always asked for bacon well done). And cheesy bacon fries. 😍
Beautiful food, wonderful staff and very easy to park and access. Drinks also amazing and if I recall correctly, they do blue light/student discount - not sure if they still do. I have been in little groups of 2-3 and bigger groups of 8 and they never fail to go above expectations. Even when having food delivered, it is always hot, fresh and super yummy. Highly recommend.

Awesome food ,awesome drinks and portion size is really good… the staff is really cheerful and helpful…. We had a great time !! we booked out table and requested for a baby chair , when we reached it was already set up with colouring kit , kids menu etc… Especially potato skins,pasta , pizza and loaded fries were amazing…. The ambience is 5/5 … overall a very good place to be with family and otherwise….
Very nice food. We had the share platter. Service was also good. Prices are bit expensive we thought for a chain restaurant. £50 for a shared meal and 4 coffees with a tip.
Food was great! Came for my birthday and couldn't find my voucher and our server Charlotte very kindly comped one of the meals off of the bill even though we couldn't find the voucher! At first our drinks were a bit flat and she also replaced them instantly for us which was very great of her. Absolutely incredible experience, very thankful that we had such good service today. Had a bit of a nightmare earlier in the day so has really picked up the day for us! Food was really yummy and great portions also!

"Stacks takeaway" from Frankie and Bennys. Really tasty burgers, arrived quickly and hot. Would recommend to anyone wanting a half decent burger.
Visited in January in the evening and ate from the set menu. Food was good value for money and tasted great. Service from staff was a little slow to start but once up and running was also excellent.
We had the pleasure of being served by Charlotte at Frankie and Benny's, and I must say her service was absolutely fabulous! From the moment we were seated, Charlotte was attentive, friendly, and made us feel right at home. She ensured that our dining experience was top-notch. Her genuine enthusiasm added to the enjoyment of our meal. Charlotte's exceptional service truly made our visit to Frankie and Benny's a memorable one, and I highly commend her for her outstanding hospitality.
Service and atmosphere was good. Food was also good but I thought that the Caesar salad portion was rather small in comparison to everybody else’s meal. The portion was more suited to a side dish rather than a main meal. The calamari was also delicious and very fresh.
