I have used this chip shop for years and even when it was taken over I've never had a bad meal. Each time I have gone to the shop the staff are friendly and efficient and speak perfectly good (stokie) English 🤣. Thanks for a great service!
When I've got the money I trade myself I read fish chips curry mushroom peas Donna meat and the other one absolutely beautiful stuff excellent well worth going to see my dog loves some donor meat and he just put it on a plate and he's absolutely enjoys it
Wish I could give it 10 stars!!! Absolutely hands down best fish and chips I've ever had. Large battered cod was like something you see on a poster. Thick, chunky brilliant white. Arrived piping hot. Just gorgeous!
Didn't hold out much hope when I pulled up here for fish and chips but was actually really pleasantly surprised when I got back in the car and scoffed them. Will 100% be back, they are the best I have had in the Stoke area and I have tried quite a lot of them being that fish and chips is my favourite food
Firstly the shop itself is very appealing externally, on entering it is very clean and all of the staff wear aprons and always have a nice appearance.
The food, we always find that the food, (Whatever we have) is perfectly cooked and never greasy as per some local chip shops. The prices are as per the normal for a chippy.
There is always a happy smiling face to greet you on entry and usually a bit of light banter too...
Make your way here, even go out of your way to visit Loftus for your lunch or tea, you will not regret it...
Two Breadcrumbed Fish..
I'm not sure if this place is under new management but the chips are delicious. There was something missing the last few times I've had chips there but now they've got them perfect. They're traditional chip shop chips not the crispy fry like chips everywhere tends to do nowadays. They now do kebabs too. The staff are nice and friendly.

I love fish n chip shops and Loftus is the best in town for sure. And living round the corner from the shop is great to have a great service and brilliant staff. Iv never had a bad meal in 12 yrs. Loving the new look to.
OMG absolutely the best chippy. Unfortunately due to Covid travel restrictions we are unable to travel from Australia to visit our family in Stoke on Trent. We always make sure we have chips, pudding, mushey peas with curry sauce at least once a week when we go over. Absolutely fantastic. OMG I would love to be eating it now. Can't wait.
Best chip shop in the area lovely staff best curry sauce I’ve ever had I travel 200 miles every week to stoke and look forward to my chips curry sauce and pineapple rings my wife adores the fish chips and curry sauce. Can’t wait to see what it looks like when it’s refurbished in early feb 2020. Really nice staff very friendly warm and welcoming
