Really lovely place for a coffee .Staff were friendly . Coffee's as always smelled and tasted great. Tried out the hog roast toastie and loved will always come back here.
Staff are welcoming and smiley and coffee has always been great.
Can get quite crowded due to its location, so available seating can be sparse
The atmosphere here is homely, the location is fantastic the only cons are;
1. Only one 🚻!!!!!! For customers one for all. Please imagine/see the people standing in queue to be honest with you one person has diarrhoea and the other constipation at the same time.
There is no chance get rid off some
Friendly staff that are helpful if go in on own as in a wheelchair and will always bring order over to the table and look after any other needs. Great toilet for all abilities and baby changing and on my visits always been clean and tidy. Then the most important thing the coffee is always hot strong

Lovely place for a coffee. Staff are very friendly. The macaroni cheese pots are great for lunch.
It's Costa so not much wrong if you like coffee. This branch is unfortunately too tiny for where it is. There's limited seating, and the service is pretty slow but this isn't the staff's fault it's all down to the cramped conditions. The staff are always polite and rushed off their feet, but however
Its quite nice. Had a luxury hot chocolate. I never expected. I love my hot chocolate strong with no milk and that's what I got. Which was great.

Costa Coffee Hanley, situated just inside the Intu Potteries Shopping Centre, this cafe offers a range of Coffees, Cakes, Sandwiches and soft drinks. The staff are very friendly and helpfully, chatting with customers. The coffee is good and the food is OK. I think it can get rather busy in there and
Wonderful little store, always full of customers chatting away and catching up. Staff serve you in a quick and timely manner and the store is always squeaky clean. Love it here, highlight of your visit to the potteries.
Great coffee as always, but only sugar free syrups in today. Not a massive issue. Staff are always friendly and polite, store is always clean and organised. It's in a really good location in The Potteries and gets a lot of foot traffic.
The wife and I come here with our children and love the staff here, always friendly and very helpful, easy to talk to and have a giggle with.
Not a huge amount of seating indoor but made up with a few outdoor seats.
Disabled toilet, and the shop is flat all through.

Barista was friendly and had a little conversation with us. Not gonna lie, reduced some of the routine anxiety I get when ordering coffee. 😂 He also helped my friend decide what she wanted to drink. 😁 Standard Costa coffee quality of drinks, nothing new there. Nice experience overall.
