Popped in today out of the blue with my family, it was a quiet and very traditional looking pub. I'm not going to lie I was a bit dubious when I was handed a paper printed out menu but oh my goodness I take it back. The food was lovely, I cleared my plate, so did everyone else in my party. They were so lovely and accommodating, especially with my baby girl (who was treated to some icecream by the land lady!) The only thing nicer than the food was the land lord and his lady. Thank you for a lovely Sunday meal with my family.

Probably the best place in the area for beer, food and comfort. The most comical landlord you will come across. If you have a sense of humour,I promise he won't disappoint an absolute legend his whole manner will have you in stitches!!!! Top notch pub, just don't park outside his door or get absolutely waisted😉, as you will be told politely where to go 😂😂

Wow what amazing food chicken tikka and the lamb shish is to die for well done to the chefs, you have smacked it to perfection. I live over one hour away but for sure I will come back for more food , I'm in love with it Thank you
