Dropped into this lovely pub by chance yesterday and will definitely return. Everything was pleasing from it's characterful exterior to lovely, cosy interior. The food was faultless, and the staff cheerful and helpful. A great find!
We're on a walking tour visiting from the States. We weren't able to get a dinner reservation but stopped in for a pint at the end of a long walk. The outdoor seating area is a lovely, relaxing setting. The friendly, cheerful staff was very welcoming and apologetic over not having room for dinner
Very special place. Has to be visited. Extremely welcoming. Beer garden view over village green. Food exceptional. Must have Sunday lunch. But you must book

Rachel is fantastic. Se was really helpful and had a wonderful stay.

The bar menu offered very good versions of pub classics, while the dinner menu was in
