Absolutely delicious! Such a refreshing change to be offered different choices of things on the menu instead of the same old stuff. It’s always good when when you enquire what the specials are and the waiter has to go and check because they’ve just come freshly out of the oven!�. Staff were very friendly, helpful and prompt. Will definitely be paying a visit each time we visit stokesley from now on.

Our first visit to the Mockingbird ‘bistro evenings’ and we thoroughly enjoyed it. A lovely atmosphere with friendly staff. Every member of our party was delighted with the quality of the food. Tasty, beautifully presented and cooked to perfection. Complements to the chef! Thank you

Visited for breakfast just after opening service was very good and the standard of food was good, I opted for the full English and struggled to get through it, my partner went for the poached egg with avocado on toast which was served with mushrooms but she said it was good, would visit again

Absolutely gorgeous little place. Food is delicious and all well made & presented. Portion sizes are great. Fabulous roast. Set menu option with lots of choice to suit all. A true diamond of a find. Lovely friendly start & decor.

Absolutely excellent. Visited twice today on my way to Newcastle from Hull and because the first visit was ideal, I called in on the way back as well. The Coffee was excellent, the service was absolutely superb and the location is perfect for a cuppa and a cake. The cakes looked superb as well but I was strong enough to resist, on this occasion 😂. Motorcycle parking is available right outside. Highly recommended.

Very nice bistro had a lovely meal for 2 which was the burger & lasagna. The service was excellent and prices are very reasonable.

My husband and I, who have been visiting the area from London for the first time, had a fabulous meal at Sadler’s Bistro this evening. The restaurant reopened today and the staff were friendly, informative and attentive. The food was excellent and we had a good bottle of Chilean Sauvignon to accompany our meal. We wouldn’t normally have three courses but the food was so delicious that we ordered a delicious lemon tart and coulis to finish. The good people of Stokesley are very fortunate to have such a wonderful restaurant on their doorstep.
