Costa is ok, but not the quickest of service. However, the 2 staff were friendly. When standing in the queue I noticed a lot of the cakes were not covered over & there were a couple of flies on some cakes, which put me off of buying one.

Costa Coffee is our favourite place for a snack and a drink & they don't just do coffee there hot cup of chocolate is really nice we first when we had a dog and they opened up to allow dogs in what great idea and the dog loved it too because it meant we could get out of the bad weather he got to have a lie down and a rest and we got to have a lovely cup of coffee and a nice piece of cake and we could sit there until the weather improved knowing he would behave better than most Children, the reason for putting all this down is because we lost our best friend and Costa Coffee whent a long way to helping him really enjoy the last 3 or 4 Years that bit better and we can't thank you enough and we will always promote Costa Coffee, Thank you from us and our Chip who we miss terribly.

This has taken a steady decline. Coffee and drinks that are overpriced. Staff don't interact as much as they used to with not as much customer service. The outside tables have always got smokers sitting outside. The service can be a little slow with most if the time only two on. All of these points put me off visiting here now.
