I would like to compliment and thank the gentleman who assisted me this morning. I had about half a dozen items in my basket and went to queue at a till. This gentleman came over to me looked at my basket and took me through the self service section, actually scanning each item for me. He was very pleasant and jovial, unfortunately I forgot to look at his name badge, but it was around 09.15. His customer service was brilliant and I thoroughly enjoyed our short chat. Thank you very much. This restores one’s faith in human nature. Averil

Always a pleasure to shop here. Very friendly staff and great choice. Would have given 5 stars, but today the store seemed untidy and once again some customers didn't comprehend social distancing. A polite "excuse me" or "would you mind if I chose my item so you can continue to look" would make people aware you are waiting.

Had our usual shop in m and s on Saturday afternoon when it is very busy. Successful trip for limes ginger and asparagus. We love the canned soups especially carrot and coriander and the chunky vegetable soups. Bread counter busy and our favourite boule looked a bit overdone so didn't buy one. Easy to use self service Machine meant we were soon paid and out of the shop quickly. So happy to have great quality goods available in Stone.

Nice, decent Marks & Spencer shop. However parking should really be a one way system as it can be chaos! Pickup orders are very good, however unfortunately refunds not issued until the item returns to the warehouse, compared to other Marks & Spencer clothes stores which give instant refunds at the till. Otherwise no faults at all.
