Never been here before but visited to day . A proper traditional pub. We ate here and the food was delicious and had all the trimming Excellent value for money indeed best food around and you could see what was on the plate proper pub grub. Friendly and prompt service even with the food being cooked fresh . The best kept secret we have now found - Thank you a little gem

Great pub great food lovely staff took my mother who is 85 and she had the gammon meal ate the lot and had a sherry trifle the three meals we had was lovely we will be visiting again

Happened on this lovely pub by chance. Arrived at 20.15 and they were still serving food, one spare table and I had a lovely great value meal. Cider was lovely and great value as well!!!

THE best value meal I have had in an awfully long time. Homemade pub food, nice atmosphere, amazing price. Did think twice about telling you all about it in case I can't get a table in the future but there you go, you're welcome 😁

I arranged to meet some friends at this Great little pub with a nice cozy atmosphere serving a good range of draft beers wines,spirits and soft drinks The bar staff are very friendly and welcoming great service and even the locals soon acknowledged me and joined in conversation The meals on offer are not fussy just good old fashioned pub grub very tasty and large portions excellent value
