First time visiting. Lovely and spacious, plenty of sandwiches/cakes to choose from. Even more of a bargain if you can grab something with a 50% sticker on, like we did!
I love that the coffee was HOT 🔥. Having visited the town centre one a few times and the coffee being luke warm - this one is our new favourite spot 👌

The staff that work in this branch are lovely. Apart from the excellent coffee, they make hot chocolate at the right temperature for a child to drink and actually address them to ask them how they want their drink. It is a generally busy place with a nice atmosphere. It is always clean and tidy.
I don't often buy cakes here as I always find Costa cakes a rip-off. They are just far too expensive for what they are. At half the price, they would still make a sizeable profit.

Nice coffee, great cakes, fantastic friendly staff. Atmosphere lacking most people in there were using the place to do work on their computers, so a bit dead inside and not that welcoming at all so I took my order out to the car.

Fairly quiet when I went (Weekday lunchtime). The usual good standard of coffee and light meals. Clean and well situated on the Stourbridge ring road.
