Chipotle Mexican Grill

The Stow location of Chipotle is overall an accessible location for individuals with disabilities! There are two handicap parking spots right in front. However one of the spots is shared with the store next door. There is a curb ramp for wheelchair accessibility right in front of the front entrance, which is pictured below. During lunch and dinner rushes, the Chipotle gets very loud, making it somewhat of a challenge to hear the employees while ordering. The employees are very understanding, using non-verbal gestures whenever necessary. This location also has a lower shelf of chips by the register, to help employees who are unable to reach the upper shelf. Overall, the employees are very patient and kind to all customers, therefore making this location very comfortable and accepting!

I love Chipotle, I should start with that. And I have usually had great experiences at this location. Since I work within the area, this is one of the most popular places to eat within my group. Today, I was a bit disappointed. My family and I were out doing some weekend shopping when we stopped in and grabbed a bite to go. When I got home and opened my bowl, on top of the bowl was some kind of insect or bug. I want to clarify, this was not a gnat or fly, it was much larger, comparable to the size of a dime. I was appalled, I must admit, A. Because when you order food that is def not something you expect to see, and B. At the way it was handled. I did not make a big scene when returning the bowl. I calmly went to the place by the register and waited for someone to ask me if I needed help. When asked, I showed the gentleman the bowl. At first he looked at me like "what's wrong" so I had to point out the insect laying on top of the lettuce pile. Once he saw it, I politely asked if I could have a refund. He told me they could give me a refund on the card I made the purchase with. Then looked at me and said " since our ingredients are organic, this happens". However, I am a frequent purchaser of organic items and the only items I have purchased and knowingly known that there were going to be insect parts inside of it is unfiltered, raw honey. He didn't apologize. Didn't offer a free bowl, or a free bowl or burrito card. Not that I want free items there, expecially after that it'll be awhile before I eat there, however I just felt like I had done something wrong upon returning the bowl with a dead bug in it.

They were out of the brisket again; apparently when you make a great product alot of people will want to buy it! But there's more to it. They called my wife who had placed the online order, apologized for running out of the brisket, asked for a suitable substitution and *still* had it ready on time! Great food, *awesome* , consistent and dependable service! 12/10. Highly Recommended.

I don't normally have issues with this Chipotle, and while the staff was kind and the place clean, the actual food was lackluster. I ordered for pickup through the app. My rice was hard, the burrito was wrapped poorly (food spilled everywhere when I opened it), and it was cold on top ofbthe actual wrap tasting stale. I live 10mins from this Chipotle, and picked it up at the exact pickup time also. Was definitely not a fan today, he hard rice was probably the worst part. I think I'll make the extra trip to kent from now on.

This Chipotle has never, ever disappointed. It’s the best I’ve ever had, anywhere. The place can get extremely busy towards lunch time, but the service has always been prompt and I’m out the door with my food in a few minutes. Usually some Chipotles can leave a lot of fat in some of the meats, but I’ve always had the food prepared extremely well here. Highly recommend this location.
