Absolutely Fantastic a hidden gem. Jack makes his customers feel so welcome he and his team work so hard. Jack is so respectful to his customers, and his staff who are always on the go. Jack personally makes sure everything is ok and talks to all his customers. It's great to see someone who is interested in his business and actually gets involved himself. Meals are great good portions? Hot delicious and very quick service. Sunday lunch is a must! Thanks Jack. So deserving. Will definitely return when in Norfolk.
First time at Jacks, food is substantial and great value for money, tasty 😋 and great service! Will definitely be visiting again! Milkshake is like a desert, beautiful! And it’s just around the corner in a beautiful location. Staff were very friendly and efficient!
Every time I visit Jacks at Woodlakes, it never disappoints. 90% of the time, I'll say Jack is there and he greets customers with a smile and a lovely hello and he and his staff always make certain that you leave satisfied. The food is great, the service is fantastic, and the surrounding views are impeccable. This place also does private events, and it is located in an amazing spot between the lakes. Highly recommend!
Great spot for great food. Popped in for lunch, great menu, lovely restaurant, spotlessly clean, superb service. Would definitely recommend. Keep up the great work, I was really impressed.

Rang up to reserve a table for myself and my two daughters, we got there on time, jack greeted us and we were shown straight to our table, sat down ordered drinks, less then a minute drinks arrive, ordered food and literally within ten minutes (maybe less) food had arrived. I kid you not the mixed grill is a BEAST ! kids meals are a good size, if your kids can handle it! portion of chips are absolutely perfectly cooked and also a good size. The portions are spot on and the staff a super polite and very helpful. I'd highly recommend jack's to everyone, main course is all you'll need, I like my food but after a mains...... I can't do a pudding there 👊
Fabulous. 2nd visit here for a Sunday roast. Food excellent. I had roast beef & son & girlfriend had lamb. My son said best he’d ever had. Service outstanding - they treat you like your a friend they’ve not seen for ages. Love it, will return frequently & highly recommend.

We managed to get a table booked the day before so not too much of a worry but it was essentially full for our sitting. This is a good thing and an indication of how good everything is. Food, Service and atmosphere.
The Sunday roast is pretty much the best roast I've had. Bravo to the team at Jack's. We will be a regular customer for sure.
First time out at Jacks- lovely professionals. My waitress was Ava, who was Amazing and friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was warm and inviting. Could have spent hours in there. Cant wait to come back.
My mum booked a table on arrival for staying at woodlakes. We got 15% off voucher as we were staying on site.
The food was incredible. A lovely range of quality meals. We all had the Rogan Josh, which came with rice and nan bread included. The dessert menu was incredible. What a variety and the old classic cornflake cake my favourite!! It was so good to see that on the menu. I eat out a lot and you never see that on the menu in restaurants.
We arrived for 6pm. It was very busy (lovely to see). Make sure you book if going for a weekend.

Staff were very friendly when taking our orders. The owner Jack greeted us at our table and was very polite. He also took a family photo of us outside the restaurant as we left.
Absolutely blown away by how good Jack's is. Me and my family went there today as a last minute thing and we are so glad we did. Service was amazing from the second we walked through the door. Food was ridiculously good and very reasonable on price, it DID NOT fall short on either quality and quantity. Whilst sitting there looking around we noticed how well organised it was and that jack himself was there working with his staff. Despite being busy Jack and his team did not hesitate to come and see how things were for us and have a chat. Very down to earth and professional service. Genuinely can't speak high enough of this place. Our new regular, go to place without a doubt.
