I had a great time at Costa, the service and food were absolutely amazing. The staff were brilliant, everyone treated me with respect. I was given an extra cup free and I tipped big time. The only downside was I had to evacuate the premises then the Fire Brigade arrived. The sound of the Fire Engine hurt my ears. By the time I got back inside the store my drink was cold so I got another free cup.

Great staff with with quick service. Coffee is decent, what you would expect from a chain. Interior is nicely decorated but it seems busy constantly.

Food was lovely but staff could do better at cleaning the tables after people leave and few staff could learn some manners girl was at till taking my order when this other girl told her to leave till now and go clean toilets not a very nice thing to do on her work colleague

Pretty good coffee, Remember to get the highly secret code for access to the dunny. You are right on the border crossing between Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.

Was good ..ordered food had to be heated up and i sat down ...and she basically just shouted that my food was reasy instead of bringing it to me !!!!

I don't have to update my review very often. I must do this to appreciate the wonderful service provided by a young man named Jay. Costa Strabane should be proud to have such an employee. Extremely polite, helpful, serving customers with a smile on his face. Top customer service. Highly recommended. We'll visit you soon.
I would like to draw the attention of Costa Coffee, it is not enough to have great employees. A nice, clean interior attracts customers.
Unfortunately, your furniture should be replaced, old chairs with stains, an old dingy couch, they ask to be replaced with new ones.
