Popped in for a drink before dinner, fantastic place with great atmosphere, staff friendly and helpful.
Landlord set up dartboard for me and also gave me a few games. Locals friendly. Prices good. Parked motorhome around corner 2 minutes walk. Would return if back in Stranraer.
Staying in Stranraer for the day, walking round the town and came upon 'The Pub' by chance. Went in initially for a drink, then decided to have something to eat, was not disappointed. The food was seriously good, and the staff were very friendly and courteous. Would highly recommend a visit if your in the area.
Manager was really friendly, came over to introduce himself, was very knowledgeable about the area.
We didn't eat here, but they do serve food. We were in on Sunday evening. And the manager saw some girls pick up the menu, he rushed over to say they were nearly out off everything, but he would make sure the kitchen staff could rustle something up if they needed to eat. I will definatley be back.
Went for lunch on the Friday 14th July absolutely lovely wee bar food is out standing and value for money also the owner and staff r lovely very friendly I will be back 😀
Love to stop by with the lads. Food tastes like toilet paper. Perfect after teh late niht game of football. Spent this monts salary here on the scratchies.

Fantastic Accommodation and Great Value For Money. Best mattresses that we have ever slept on. Great little lounge area within Our Room plus the added bonus of having a Microwave along with tea and coffee making facilities. Awesome Rain Forest Double Shower Head and really spacious en-suite. Would definitely recommend it to anyone who, like Ourselves, likes to explore the area around us, without having to spend a Fortune. Able to come and go as we pleased.
Wasn't in long but the food was fantastic as were the staff and drinks. Live music on and was getting busy when we left
