Food is quite average and they don’t have a lot of options on the menu. Communal seating also makes it hard to have a conversation with your group.
Awesome vegetarian options with the right amount of spice, very popular place by the looks and sounds, energetic service crew, very tasty food, central location and very close to the Stratford stations with great connectivity across London make this outlet a must visit if you’re vegetarian. The pricing is reasonable given all the reasons mentioned. Loved it so much didn’t even occur to take pics. Thank you Daniel for the sterling service 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
What a feel this place has, as soon you enter you are overwhelmed with the fragrances you so associate with one of the world's most popular cuisine. We were seated on a shared table and ordered a vegetarian pad Thai and a beef basil stir fried on sticky rice bowl. Both dishes were spot on, the rice bowl was one wholesome lunch bowl with a soft yolk egg on top. Jasmine tea to wash it down and heaven.
Great authentic Thai food, if your a thai lover then you will love this place. Each dish proportionately made with great flavours to really satisfy your tastebuds. Theres a variety of choices also for vegans and vegetarians so theres something to please everyone. The ambience was calming and the big square tables are designed to fit more than one group in each table so be ready to share tables with other guests. Their service was fast and staff were friendly. Lovely meal
Thai is my all time fav cuisine , so I’m usually picky , but I loved the food here and the ambience. Been here only once but definitely going back to try other dishes. Tried the Thai green curry & sticky rice , pad Thai and Thai Calamari

So I visited the Stratford, Westfield branch and I’m glad to say that the service there was more than outstanding and the staff could not have been any more accommodating. Upon arrival, I was greeted and immediately seated which was a great start. After that, I was assigned to an attentive waiter who immediately took my order and promptly brought out my food.
Delicious Thai food, the ambience is cosy and welcoming with very Thai inspired homely atmosphere. We had ordered for jasmine rice, Fish fillets, Thai noodles etc. Good customer service skills demonstrated by the staff

Busaba eathai lives up to every bit of what you love about Thai food.
Food: Love their Curries, prawn starters and Breads. Their soups are just out of the world as well. Been here about half a dozen times and its just super consistent. 5/5
Service: People are friendly for most part, could do better at times, but its a packed restaurant, so not sure they can do much. 4/5
Price: Aptly priced for the real estate . 4/5

My bro actually recommended this place to me saying it's quite legit eventhough it's a franchise, but I have to say I had a little disappointment as everything was fine except that they might have forgotten to add salt or seasonings in my pad Thai? It tasted very bland, but the noodle texture and everything else was fine.
Nice place to eat. They make you share the table with other guests, which is different. I'm used to having my table with familiar faces so I don't know how I feel about this but I guess it's a great way to interact with people and make new friends if they're up for it.
Their food was nice for some part. I absolutely adored my lamb shank, but then we ordered chicken wings to share, which came out looking like burnt offering. It tasted good still, I must say, but its charred look didn't make it appealing. I think the chef must have got carried away. My son's crispy duck noodles portion was so small. Looked like a starter. The dishes were tasty but just those little buts here and there. They didn't serve cocktails, which was a shame. Toilet was nice and clean and they even had music speakers in there.
Lucky for them, I'll come back for lamb shank again.
Although I’ve been to a few brunches and food has always been decent, it was good to see new things on the menu like the seabass, also now been told a few items are halal too! Firstly this is my favorite place to have calamari because unlike most places it’s cooked with different flavors and is a must! The chicken wings were not the best but personally I found them dry but the l rest of the dishes were lovely especially the pad Thai, sea bass was different and more on the sweet side but I would recommend to try this. The only thing I don’t particularly enjoy is sharing my table and being seated quite close to strangers but I understand and appreciate this is Baisaab’s style. Startford branch was busy at lunch and we were sat at the end where it’s hard to get waiters attention but when the staff are around they were pleasant and helpful. Good variety to choose from too, if you like a sweet Lemonade try it here.
Loved the ribs...not sure about belly...it may be me but taste is a burnish taste...could just be the style. Cocktail a bit tart but manager was great and gave us some sugar syrup that soon made them great. Anil was great too...very polite
Had a great time, amazing eats! Went to eat for my dad’s birthday and we loves the food! I had the chicken satay small plate and the veggie spring rolls as a side and they were really tasty. Especially the chicken satay, the peanut satay sauce was extremely flavourful. The spring rolls were really good too, hit the spot. For mains, I had the chilli beef jasmine rice (extra spicy), which I absolutely recommend- the mix of the minced beef, fried egg, and the rice was a 10/10. Portions were just right as well. Greatly appreciated. My dad had the ‘Bang kapi katsu’ and he loved it. We also had prawn crackers to start and were actually pretty tasty too. Service was impressive too, and the waiting time was smooth. Definitely would come back!
I'm a big fan of Busaba since my London working days visiting the branch near Selfridges way back in 2007.
The Westfield branch is equally as epic as those very early experiences.
The squid remains a firm fave. Taste hasn't changed over the years. A crunchy coating dresses with peppercorns.
My fave item is the crispy duck noodles. Can be salty but I really like the combination.
The red curry sauce was on the thinner side but the taste was not compromised. I admit to using a spoon as eating it almost as a soup because it was so tasty.
My husband always enjoys the pad thai and again this is consistent in taste across branches.
We also really enjoyed the sweet potato fries, which we wouldn't normally buy. They were crispy outside and soft in the middle. Perfect with the sriracha mayo!
We skipped dessert but they've got pancakes on the special menu which I will return to try!
Good food, portions a little small but served super quick and we were in and out in about half an hour. Service by Akshay was excellent. Thanks mate.
We had a nice meal, the pad Thai Jay was delicious. The green curry was bright pea green and full of courgettes. It looked more like pea soup! It was OK. We had rice and I had banana spring rolls for pudding and mint tea. Overall a nice meal. Quite expensive for what we had. Service was good but they were a bit super quick to clear everything away which I find a bit fussy. Just chill out a bit!

Fantastic vibe and accommodating staff! Even without a reservation, my friend and I were seated comfortably at their shared tables, which still provided a private feel due to their spacious design. The food was reasonably priced, offering good value for money. I savored the flavorful ginger beef with a side of fragrant rice and wok-tossed vegetables, while my friend enjoyed the delicious tom ka gai soup and crispy fried chicken wings. Everything was incredibly tasty! The service was friendly and attentive. Highly recommended!
Absolutely delicious food! Decent service and decor. But shame about the sticky table surface and tight spacing between heavy wood tables.
Pretty chilled place. I’ve had the meal severally. Black pepper beef with wok noodles was really nice and spicy.
