Veeno is one of my favourite hangout place in town for sure . Italian food, dessert, wine . Everything is love. Loved to see the new decor & all the necessary precautions were taken at the place for safety. Loved the vibe here . Place was not too crowded which is wonderful. Eatouthelpout scheme is still going on throughout September which is great. I am looking forward to go again.
We were given a gift voucher for Italian Afternoon Tea for two by a friend and we finally got to use it today.
This was the first time at Veeno’s so we didn’t know what to expect. However, it was absolutely fabulous!
We were greeted with a friendly smile and shown to our table. The waiter explained what was about to unfold with the food that was being prepared and went on to describe each dish and its ingredients.
It was freshly prepared for us and was delivered in a reasonable time. Much quicker than I would be able to do it.
Each item was delicious and well presented and we managed to finish it all off! It did help that we had skipped lunch purposely so we could enjoy this tea.
We will definitely return to explore the other offerings.

We’ve come twice in the past week, the first time for my 20th birthday. Both times I’ve had a lovely time, the atmosphere and decorations are lovely and really set the mood. Our server, Andrei, has been incredibly friendly and patient with us on both visits, giving valuable advice and opinions on what we were thinking of ordering. I would highly recommend this place for a leisurely night out.
We visited for a 2 hour wine tasting experience in August 2023. Waitress Marianna looked after us and her knowledge of the wine selection & food compliments was truly exceptional. Her service delivery was pitched perfectly. A comfortable pace, which made for a wonderful, wine tasting experience. We will return and try a different experience soon. Absolutely super!
Our first time here and will definitely come again. Lovely, friendly service and, despite the lack of customers (it was approaching closing time) the atmosphere was very pleasant.
Really delicious cocktails and a lovely atmosphere. Shame about the 12.5% "discretionary" service charge automatically added to every bill. I prefer to decide on how much tip I want to give. Also any coeliacs or those allergic to wheat/gluten should be aware they use pasta tubes as straws.

I came here for some lunch late Saturday afternoon and bought the dog who was a little overexcited about the whole affair. The waitresses were great about it though and bought over a bowl of water without me asking, offered treats etc. I ordered the summer salad which was presented beautifully. The chicken was perfectly cooked. For about £12, I felt this was really good value for money when compared to other restaurants in the area. My only comment would be for a bit more flavour/seasoning in the dressing. I went for beer but I will definitely return to sample their wines and loved the look of the afternoon tea too. I'm not a fan of obligatory service charges but I do feel that with the attentive nature of the staff, the atmosphere and food in mind, it is understandable and I was happy to pay it.
Walked past a lot of times and finally Went there for 241 cocktails. Quality cocktails with a nice setting. Very chill atmosphere there, which is perfect for meetups and chats. The food is also good too!
