Staying in village for a week. Visited twice. Overall Great food. The Strawberry sundae was bland. Varied menu. The blank stares when we entered the pub were not welcoming. On the Second occasion, it was from the Bar woman. No smiles :( Young male server efficient and friendly.
We stayed in the village for 2 nights and visited 3 times. The bar staff were always very friendly, and the drinks were always good. I rate the Guinness that I had there. Our only regret is that we only ate there on the last night as the food was exceptional, better than anything we had in Stratford Upon Avon. Cracking pub, highly recommend.
Very good food and friendly staff. We had friendly service from Diaga (? Spelt right). Live music although not to our taste. Very good evening enjoyed by all 8 of our party.
