Better than expected.for a takeaway cafe
Staff very friendly and helpful
Gordon is very particular in his cooking.
Cafe is definitely on my must return to.
Eventually will work my way through the menu.

Gordon is a lovely guy and is great at what he does. I’ve been to him for years whilst working at local businesses. I’ve always been impressed with his food and the great customer service that comes with it. He’s even gone out of his way to cater for my crazy meal ideas when I have fancied something a little different. It was never too much to ask, he would magic it up and make lunch times the best part of the day 👍

Tiny food shop with huge personality,
My 1st visit got to chat with the owner and you can see right away the genuine interest in customers and on 2nd visit its already 1st name basis...
The ingredients are plentiful and with no hesitation Gordon will let you taste first what ever you are hesitant to put in your food.
The food is great and atmosphere is amazing, everyone I've seen in the shop was always deep in conversation and smiling, thats what I like in a food shop, and I'm sure you will too.

It was great! I just needed some food and quick, the guy was great, took my order and started on it immediately! Had a chat asked how I wanted the bacon cooking etc.. it's a small place and really for takeaways, but there was a table to sit at, all was very good!

Incredible full english (inc. toast and coffee not pictured) all for £6. I skipped lunch after... it was a generous serving size! The Covid setup is clever - he's set up a table outside the front door with antibac and an open menu, you just call your order through the door. Seemingly bottomless kitchen - I asked for jam and he brought out six options! Will definitely return.
