We sat outside overlooking the river - a very picturesque spot. We ordered pork belly bites and squid from the sharing platter menu . The food was delicious and excellent value for money and the staff were very friendly. We will certainly be going back!

What can I say... we stayed locally for a couple of nights and all the staff no matter when we popped in treated us like royalty... so much so they moved a "throne" over for our dog to sit in as he doesn't like laying on a hard floor as yiu can see from the video. The work ethic from the bar and kitchen staff was wonderful to watch and the food was great! Can't wait to see you guys again...

A lovely place to dine, we were outside by the river. We watched fish swimming past.
The food was good but the menu limited. Plenty of choice for burgers but only ceasar salad and fish and chips for main meals. I had the salad which was delicious.

Good location beside the river and outside area with pleasant views. Staff were very attentive within easy walk of the canal and waterways. Didn't eat but good selection of drinks.

We visited after a dog walk for a couple of drinks and some food late afternoon on a Saturday. Sitting outside is lovely as you're right by the river. The option to order food from your phone to the table is handy except it didn't seem to accept 2 of my cards which was frustrating but the 3rd card, it had no issue with?? There was a good selection of beers (relatively) locally brewed. The waiter was knowledgeable on their selection and gave us some good tips! I ordered the standard burger at £15 which was well cooked with good quality meat and a lot of chips! My only comment would be that the chips could have been better/crispier. It all came to the table in good time though. Definitely not the best burger I've had and it's a little bit pricier here for what you get but the location makes up for it.

Very nice atmosphere there! Lovely spot by the river with great views. Lots of sitting areas so it didn’t feel as crowded even though there was many people. The DJ was playing a nice mix of tunes, people were dancing and food was of good quality (they even do churros!). Very close to city centre and large car park (leisure centre). After dinner, go for a nice walk along the river or through the town - great idea for a chill Sunday! View from my table attached on picture.

Visited for the first time late August.
Great choice of drinks lovely setting.
We didn't eat but the food looked fantastic and We will certainly be trying it in the future.
Beautiful setting.
My only tiny criticism would be the staff didn't seem to have time to clean off the tables and many were left for a while with empty glasses and plates.
Just needs more staff to do this.

Loved this place ,was greater by a group of actors dressed up. Went to eat ,food was huge dishes and perfectly cooked .order the small dishes type menu and wasn't disappointed
