Review Prezzo - Street

Prezzo is lovely, the food is great and the new summer cocktails are refreshing and tasty. It's a little on the pricey side but the quality is up there. I've been here twice. I will say the regular pizza size is Massive so a large is HUGE! :D Great Staff, I was served by a friendly blonde haired lady with glasses, she was polite and Kind! Thanks guys! :)

I had my dinner with my office colleagues and the place was lovely. Very friendly staff and not too bad for the price. They also give voucher in email for a bottle of free prosecco. Just check with them before ordering as there are complex terms and conditions though so that you can't use two or more offers.

Yes it is a chain restaurant but as others have noticed this one in Clark’s Village delivers a better experience than most of the other Prezzo’s I have eaten in. The food is well presented and always comes out hot, the staff are friendly and attentive and the restaurant is kept clean and tidy. I do like to be able to see the kitchen in action and also there looks to be feedback to the chefs as they can see you get your food and if you enjoy! Tip - try the Afforgato for your dessert, if you don’t know what it is go and try it out!

Wonderful calamari starter with pesto mayo. Delicious. Penne alla rusticana lunch plate also very tasty, with plenty of prosciutto. Fabulous customer service. Highly recommend.

I was taken to lunch here by my daughter and her partner on Mothering Sunday. We were given a warm welcome. All the staff we encountered were extremely friendly. Service was quick and the food was delicious. Plus I enjoyed my complementary G&T😃. Thanks Prezzo for a lovely time. Will definitely be back

Beau is the beating heart of this restaurant, she is amazing and deserves a pay rise, couldn't be more attentive! Amazing food and service, we will be back see see her!

Took my mum out for her birthday lunch this Friday with my sister and we had one of the nicest lunch experiences - food was delicious but it was the absolutely outstanding service that made it so memorable. The restaurant manager (if I remember correctly) Mark (?) was absolutely fabulous and made us feel so welcomed and looked after. We didn’t book so had to wait 30 mins for a table at 1:30pm which we were more than happy to do as just pottered around some shops beforehand. All the staff were friendly, welcoming and really went above and beyond to make mum feel special on her birthday which meant the world. Thank you and would definitely recommend for the fab service 😊

UPDATE: Had a further meal here (Sep-23) despite a very disappointing visit to another Prezzo restaurant. Thankfully this venue once again delivered with excellent service and good food in a timely manner despite being busy to the point it has restored my faith in the brand. Booked a table here (recommended) as had a dog with us and wished to have an outside table at a restaurant chain we often use. We turned up ahead of our booking time and although they were busy they soon served us with drinks which were just perfect. The manager kept apologising for a delay that was not really there. Food order was taken and arrived in a reasonable time and was really cooked well. Decided to have a coffee which was made just perfect, the best cup of coffee I've tasted in years. Well done team.

Great bowl of pasta and washed down with lovely Malbec served by friendly staff, but please, don't serve icecream in its original tub to save on washing up...... I had to turn it onto the plate ( see photo ) as the spoon supplied was also a size too big.

Brilliant service, friendly staff and amazing food

Very enjoyable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was inexpensive and was hot and tasty...delish! :) They were very attentive to our little girl and changed her pepperoni for a less spicy one and when she asked for chocolate sauce on her ice cream were very obliging, nothin was too much for them, would recommend

Always have a great meal here wherever I am in the country! Beware it shuts at 22:00, I guess that’s normal in england.. living in spain we can go for dinner any time we want however late we want! But Incase anyone didn’t know!

Staff were friendly and attentive and food arrived quickly. We hadn't booked but the manager found us a table for 2 and even tho the restaurant was busy we were not too close to anyone else. Food was delicious - I had calamari (shared) and then sea bass with gnocchi which was really lovely and just the right size of portion. Highly recommend a visit!

Visited Glastonbury for my birthday and we decided to go here for my meal. The waitresses were absolutely lovely and performed excellent customer service. The food was superb and one of the best i had in a while. The only downfall was that the waitress told us they do not accept AMEX even though on the AMEX website it had stated they accept it , but that was the only negative about our experience. Everything else was 10/10.

Visited yesterday as a party of 5. Were waiting 15 minutes before having to call a waiter over for a drinks order. These came and we were not asked about food. A further 15 minutes and we yet again called another member of staff asking to order. Starters came out reasonably quick and were about the only nice things we received. Mains came however with no fresh cutlery. 2x of the pasta dishes looked as if they had a cup of water thrown over them they were that runny. And the 'salad' that was given was accompanied by what seemed half a bottle of dressing thrown over it to the point the girl couldn't eat it. Of course we couldn't complain about this as nobody came to check how our food was, or offer any more drinks despite everyone's glasses being empty. We sat with empty plates in front of us for a good further 15 mins before yet again having to call a waiter over to ask to order desert for one member of the party. Our plates were still not cleared. The desert arrived and we had to ask for our plates to be cleared. The desert came with no cutlery with none on the table bar a knife. We asked a member of staff for some cutlery this never came. Meaning the girl ate her fudge cake with a knife. The cake which was dry, and was cold/hard enough to be partially frozen. We waited for 10 minutes after asking for the bill before proceeding to the bar to make a complaint. Where the member of staff was extremely rude. Disregarded everything we were saying (the member of staff behind him apparently found it very funny too as she was seen sniggering). The member of staff explained our waiter was new, which we would've completely understood had we actually been assigned a waiter and saw the same person consecutively rather than having to collar individual members of staff after waiting too long. We were offered nothing off against our bill, not even our drinks free which is standard practice. And apparently 'the customer is always right' went out the window. Awful organisational skills and bad management. Would've give 0 stars if possible.

Pasta was dry, tasteless. Salad for £11.60 - few bits of leaf and steak which could of passed for anaemic carpaccio. Pizza dough was almost raw. Flies everywhere. Two toilets for the whole restaurant with no toilet paper and in a filthy state. Door was kept open so an awful draft blow through. Not a great experience and we had the pleasure of paying for it.

Had the most awful lunch. A pale looking dry wrap accompanied by pale mini chips - or what were supposed to be chips - they didn't resemble anything near a real potato. The filing in the wrap was meagre consisting mainly of leaves, making it a very dry, drab, tasteless experience. The manager suggested I selected the worst filling but I pointed out that it was the only vegetarian option available. He kindly deducted the meal from my bill but I shall not be in a hurry to eat at Prezzo again. The service was ok.

Had brunch there yesterday with our friends the meal was lovely and the service was great, the staff were really friendly, we will definitely come back.

My Wife and l had a nice evening meal and the the waiter assisted me by helping me to enter the restaurant because my wife was in a wheelchair after a knee replacement opp. We didn't have to wait a few minutes and the waiter took our drinks and food order. The restaurant was very clean and the service was very good as always we received around this country.

Had an excellent meal , and the service was excellent, the lady in charge is so lovely she is the best .

We've eaten at Prezzo Street many times in the last few years and have not had a bad meal yet. The atmosphere is always really nice and the staff very friendly but not pushy. We've realise that when we go to Prezzo Street we don't just go there for the food, it's the whole experience we enjoy. Well done to you all, you're a credit to the Company! :-)

I thought the food was excellent especially the Brushetta starter and the Steak and Rocket Pizza and the Chicken & Bacon Salad mains. I did however think the Calamari starter was very poor value £6.40 and hardly any there.

Lovely atmosphere, friendly staff, great service. Food is always hot and nicely presented. Been to a few different locations and get the same service at all of them

Will not be eating here again!!! Missing elements to our order that I had to ask for several times. Drinks, starters and mains arrived at the same time!!! We were overcharged twice and the wait staff are impatient and rude!!
