Had brunch there yesterday with our friends the meal was lovely and the service was great, the staff were really friendly, we will definitely come back.

My Wife and l had a nice evening meal and the the waiter assisted me by helping me to enter the restaurant because my wife was in a wheelchair after a knee replacement opp. We didn't have to wait a few minutes and the waiter took our drinks and food order. The restaurant was very clean and the service was very good as always we received around this country.

Prezzo is lovely, the food is great and the new summer cocktails are refreshing and tasty. It's a little on the pricey side but the quality is up there. I've been here twice. I will say the regular pizza size is Massive so a large is HUGE! :D Great Staff, I was served by a friendly blonde haired lady with glasses, she was polite and Kind! Thanks guys! :)

I had my dinner with my office colleagues and the place was lovely. Very friendly staff and not too bad for the price. They also give voucher in email for a bottle of free prosecco. Just check with them before ordering as there are complex terms and conditions though so that you can't use two or more offers.

Yes it is a chain restaurant but as others have noticed this one in Clark’s Village delivers a better experience than most of the other Prezzo’s I have eaten in. The food is well presented and always comes out hot, the staff are friendly and attentive and the restaurant is kept clean and tidy. I do like to be able to see the kitchen in action and also there looks to be feedback to the chefs as they can see you get your food and if you enjoy! Tip - try the Afforgato for your dessert, if you don’t know what it is go and try it out!

Wonderful calamari starter with pesto mayo. Delicious. Penne alla rusticana lunch plate also very tasty, with plenty of prosciutto. Fabulous customer service. Highly recommend.

I was taken to lunch here by my daughter and her partner on Mothering Sunday. We were given a warm welcome. All the staff we encountered were extremely friendly. Service was quick and the food was delicious. Plus I enjoyed my complementary G&T😃. Thanks Prezzo for a lovely time. Will definitely be back

Beau is the beating heart of this restaurant, she is amazing and deserves a pay rise, couldn't be more attentive! Amazing food and service, we will be back see see her!

Took my mum out for her birthday lunch this Friday with my sister and we had one of the nicest lunch experiences - food was delicious but it was the absolutely outstanding service that made it so memorable. The restaurant manager (if I remember correctly) Mark (?) was absolutely fabulous and made us feel so welcomed and looked after. We didn’t book so had to wait 30 mins for a table at 1:30pm which we were more than happy to do as just pottered around some shops beforehand. All the staff were friendly, welcoming and really went above and beyond to make mum feel special on her birthday which meant the world. Thank you and would definitely recommend for the fab service 😊

UPDATE: Had a further meal here (Sep-23) despite a very disappointing visit to another Prezzo restaurant. Thankfully this venue once again delivered with excellent service and good food in a timely manner despite being busy to the point it has restored my faith in the brand. Booked a table here (recommended) as had a dog with us and wished to have an outside table at a restaurant chain we often use. We turned up ahead of our booking time and although they were busy they soon served us with drinks which were just perfect. The manager kept apologising for a delay that was not really there. Food order was taken and arrived in a reasonable time and was really cooked well. Decided to have a coffee which was made just perfect, the best cup of coffee I've tasted in years. Well done team.

Great bowl of pasta and washed down with lovely Malbec served by friendly staff, but please, don't serve icecream in its original tub to save on washing up...... I had to turn it onto the plate ( see photo ) as the spoon supplied was also a size too big.
