Food is what you expect from a McDonald's. It wasn't busy but service was still slow. I went through the drive though, it took me over 40 minutes with 4 cars before me.

Fast service, friendly staff, and fast food, good breakfast 6am on the dot. No compromise on service, and that's nice to see.

A typical Maccy D’s. Handy if you need to come off Chester Road. Drivethrough and car parks is always busy on a lunchtimes and dinner times, if your in the car, best coming at quieter times. Queues are alright with the self service machine. Usually takes about 5 to 10 mins for your food to arrive which is alright for a McDonald’s. Others take longer .
Can get crowded quickly and seats taken. It’s ashame they close the upstairs on an evening. Because it’s quite a busy place and would do nicely with the extra seating.

Visited with 13 kids for a birthday. Staff were extremely helpful and made the process of ordering etc as easy as possible, which was massively appreciated.

Very much like your everyday McDonald's however this building looks pretty new. Two story building, looks like an upgrade to the usual single floor McDonald's you see everywhere. Staff here are nice too with food that doesn't look like it's been thrown in a box and packed quickly.

This place truly is the best! Always great quality food, great service and a special thanks to the management, they run a great store and on the small number of occasions I have had problems, have swiftly corrected them. One of the best maccies around 😊😊

Restaurant and tiolet are clean. Easy to find tiolet to use if you need. Better than other Mcdonlad in city center

This is a fairly good mcdonalds compared to others in the area. I would suggest checking your bag before driving off as I have been told by friends that they often miss food off. A Scottish lady served me, she was friendly. As was the girl at the first payment window

It's an okay macdonalds. Plenty of seating but the upstairs closes at certain times of the day.
There is limited outdoor seating and a small car park. Drive through gets busy so there is usually a delay inside.
Often see staff cleaning the restaurant.

No Qualms about the visit, only small criticism were the hash browns slightly soggy so an out change due I'd guess.
Nice atmosphere inside, clean and modern with 2 floors.
