We went to Franco Manca for some authentic pizza, freshly prepared, at a fair price. That's exactly what we got. What we didn't expect was excellent, discreet and prompt service from Connie, our server for the evening. Thanks to one and all for a delightful dining experience.
UPDATE
We went back to this restaurant a few months later, and are happy to report the pizzas still have that zing, the tuna salad still screams freshness, and the service is still top notch. Kudos to Connie, and Nicola the chef.

Had a lovely pizza here with my sister! Great gluten free pizza base and can have all pizzas gluten free. Connie was our server and they were really friendly and helpful!

We go every week, we really enjoy the place, excellent staff and the pizzas are amazing (italian flavour) , we have the deal before 3pm 1 pizza and beer for £12 so affordable.

Delicious food and even better service. We were served straight away by Lydia who was nothing but lovely. She had excellent knowledge about the menu and offered us some great recommendations. Food arrived very quickly and was delicious. Thank you Lydia for your amazing service- will definitely be back!

We were served by Lydia who was excellent. Only two staff front of house and one in the open kitchen, but they were doing a great job looking after a busy lunch service. My daughter (4yo) and I really enjoyed the food and surroundings. Prices were very reasonable. Pizzas were delicious. Would definitely go again.

This is my favourite pizza place in the Trafford Centre. The food is great, well priced & more authentic than other pizza places. Staff great too - we were served by Callum last time & he was great. Lovely friendly guy & very attentive. We’ll be back!
