Pretty noisy boisterous groups of lads in the covered patio out front, but the interior was quiet if not a bit hot on a summer afternoon.
Beer selection is limited but service is friendly and the Pakistani food upstairs is outstanding and they bring it to your table after you order.
In the literal middle of the Cotswolds, is a pub run by a Londoner who's a proper publican, with a family run Palestinian kitchen serving what can only be described as the most colourful and tasty food I've eaten in a long time. …
Love the purity of this pub, sitting outside with my friend in the sunshine will always be a memory I will treasure. And the uley beer is one of my favourites. Some pubs are special, this for me is one.

Great, old, local pub with a good selection of drinks. Serves delicious pizza and is a lovely sun trap for a few late evening drinks in the summer. Also does a brilliant quiz every other Wednesday evening 👍 …
Came to Nailsworth for the football but decided to book an Airbnb and make a weekend of it. Popped in here for a pint and pizza in the evening and had a lovely time. Pizza was great, people were friendly. We’d definitely pop back in if we were in the area again :-)
We came this evening for the Palestinian Kitchen, and the food was absolutely delicious. Traditional, homemade, and really tasty. The vegetarian option was really flavoursome and the lamb was melt-in-the-mouth tender. And wonderful service! Thank you!
