Cosy village pub. Seems to do good business, giving it a good atmosphere. Great food - mix of homecooked style with a bit of flair for presentation, but not to the extent of some pubs where it's all style no substance. Can't remember having a meal I would rate below "good". Nice selection of beer and cider. Outside tables are usually quite well sheltered and so nice on an autumn afternoon especially if the sun's still out.
Advisable to book if wanting to eat inside in the evenings. Can usually find a table for two, but bit risky if you're a larger group.

We were a party of 8 celebrating a diamond wedding anniversary. We all ordered roast dinners and they were excellent. Puddings were amazing and service was spot on.

Really nice Sunday lunch. Roast pork and all the trimmings - very tasty and a lovely Biscoff cheesecake for dessert. The only disappointment was the roast potatoes seemed to be Aunt Bessie's or something similar, not as good as the real thing. Very good service in a welcoming atmosphere. Would recommend and would return. Many thanks.

It’s a place for a nice meal, it feels more like a restaurant. If it’s some family occasion I would choose this pub! In fact I am going to book it for my upcoming birthday)). It’s beautiful and located in a very picturesque spot. The owners and the waiters are always friendly and the food is loooovely!

We came to the Ram Inn on a Thursday after watching some local fireworks and it’s everything you could want from a pub. Great beer selection and quality, great service and amazing food. Lamb shank was to die for. Can’t recommend this place enough. A proper pub.
