I wanted to go somewhere special for my birthday and it certainly was, everything was perfect,
We couldn't fault the food, Gemma went out of her way to make sure we were looked after.
Greg was serving on the bar and was very friendly and polite too.
I believe Liam was chef for the evening the meal was perfect.

Ashley, Caroline, Matty and Liam looked after us brilliantly on a birthday lunch, accommodating our wish for meals that left the menu a while back, keeping us supplied with drinks and warm, friendly welcome's, making us feel completely relaxed and satisfied the whole time. A joy to be guests at The Boot.

Came across this place on my travels, it was a lovely pub and clearly well used. The staff were friendly and helpful. Did not eat so can't pass comment on that but the menu did look good 🤓

We have always enjoyed our visits to you as our local Inn that we use quite often. We had requested our favourite seats and they were reserved which we were very pleased about. The service from Jodie was great, you always feel looked after and she is there when you need her. Very polite and always makes time for a chat which is wonderful. The food was excellent, as always which is why we dine with you. Beautiful lunch, well looked after and helped to make it a great day.

Food is on a par with if not the best in Redditch. Past twice we’ve been the food has been incredible.
Both people who came to our table/served were extremely friendly and attentive.

Just came in for a drink. Met by Greg at the bar who was happy to see us and our dogs and offered treats. Really friendly and bought water over for the pooches. We all felt really welcome and would certainly come back again. Thanks Greg

Visited this evening for an anniversary dinner. As locals, we always overlook The Boot as a dining option, but we're glad we didn't tonight.
The food was delicious, perfect portion sizes so we left feeling satisfied and not stuffed. The flavours were fantastic, even the side salad was perfectly dressed and done.
Service was great, attentive but not in our faces and a more than reasonable wait time for each course.
As a special occasion meal, we were more than happy with our experience and felt the price reflected the service and quality received.
A special thank you to "our staff", Ashley, Liam, Matty, Sam and Tom

I was looking for a new pub to become my new local, even tho it’s not that local to my house we started coming during winter on the way home from work and loved the open fire in the cosy snug, we invited friends and had many great evenings here.
After only one or two times coming to visit all the bar staff would remember what drinks we have without asking which makes you feel welcome not just a number.. which I feel is massively important to great customer service.
We now have continuously visited the pub all throughout the year and find every time we come pleasurable and the food is amazing!
Try for yourself you won’t be disappointed.

Very good restaurant. Staff looked after us with 3 children (all under 3) no problem. Prompt and happy service. Second time and will return again

As you arrive, the building doesn't look like much, but as soon as you go in it is a different story. The Boot is decorated really well and it had the feel of somewhere much more 'up market' than you may have expected.
The staff are extraordinary, too. Really pleasant and attentive, without being over baring.
The food was also lovely. However, I have only given 4 stars for two reasons....
1. We had "Rustic Breads" to share, which was 4 pieces of sliced wholegrain toast. When ordering "breads" you expect a selection of a couple of different types, not toast from the bread you have at home.
2. The Dirty Burger. It was really enjoyable, but is advertised as having "lashings of cheese". The reality was a normal slice of cheese.
The food is really nice and I would definitely go back. However, the description on the menu was a little misleading and lead to being a bit disappointed.
Despite the above, I would definitely recommend a visit.
