By chance wandered into Comins Tea House,and spent the whole afternoon taking time out to enjoy the full experience of taking Chinese tea and meeting the lovely owner Michelle.Highly recommended. We visited Comins on a Saturday afternoon for a tea tasting hosted by Michelle. This was an absolutely superb experience as we were guided through a wide variety of teas whilst their explaining their individual characteristics. Michelle's knowledge, passion and enthusiasm were outstanding and really brought the subject alive. Their cakes are delicious as well. Don't miss the chance to enjoy this unique experience.
It's not wheelchair accessible, but the tea is delicious, all loose leaf, and the food was divine. The service is quick cause it's a small place that wouldn't hold more than maybe three or four couples, and a family. Which works well for quick service. We've never been in when there has been more than two other pairs. They also use all the cultural tea preparations, which can take some time, bit the tea is so worth it.
As a group of touring cyclists, Comins Tea House provided a very welcome and very different stop on our trip. We had an absolutely delicious lunch, which we had pre-ordered, accompanied by a range of interesting teas, and very helpful service from Michelle.

We saw all the different types of tea and was interested. ...when we entered we was greeted and given a menu with a variety of teas ....We choose our tea with help from the owner and loved the whole experience .....The blueberry scones was gorgeous,well worth a visit
The best place for tea in Bath!! They bring their productsfrom all these places straigh to the table where they serve tea like an art process! This tea room is an amazing place to relax and try all these diffent teas!!
