Come here very often. Pet friendly which is a massive bonus. Staff are always happy to offer recommendations and provide a polite and welcoming service. Lots of drinks and foods on offer. Seems always fresh. Lots of parking nearby and seating available.

All the staff are tremendous but especially a big shout out to Charlie for always making our family feel welcome.
Went in here on Thursday 1st Dec. The 2 girls serving were delightful. So cheerful, chatty and helpful. Really brightened my day. The trainee looked overwhelmed. Wishing her good luck. The lady training her was so encouraging. Lovely atmosphere. Well done ladies. The Christmas drink was awesome too.

Super coffee, delicious panini & friendly staff which is very welcoming, we can take our dog which is a huge plus for us to, the only one thing that let's the whole place down is their awful shared toilet! Very smelly, dirty & an empty soap dispenser which is a terrible shame & can so easily be rectified.
Still a great coffee shop but in all honesty it's needs a little freshening up. It's starting to show it's age now with yellowing paint etc, and the loo really needs an overhaul. The soap dispenser has been broken a long while, and the toilet seat needs either tightening or replacing. The staff as ever are great even though I rarely see the same face two weeks running these days.
The best coffee and lovely staff and atmosphere. We take our dogs in there after a walk down the old railway line...the staff and customers are so friendly. Wonderful, relaxed atmosphere and they even have books😁 so lovely to feel welcome with our dogs . Perfect!

Our 3rd visit and the best so far. Finally the staff were different and seem friendly. As my favourite coffee shop in Norwich. This store in Sudbury was always disappointing. Mocha served different for some unknown reason
Lovely place to stop for a coffee and cake! Staff always friendly and place is always clean and pleasant. Take away also available. Always a nice treat to stop here when we are shopping in the town.
