Great location, great staff who were happy, friendly and attentive with plenty of options on the menu as well as being dog friendly. The platter was beautifully presented and tasted as good as it looked, faultless in fact. Plenty of options on the drinks menu as well and in my opinion everything is priced well and good value for its money. Nothing negative to say just a pity we are only staying in the area for a week.

Visited a couple of times. There's quite a bit of sheltered outside seating which was good for a hot day. It can be a bit noisy indoors. The cakes and coffee were excellent. The wait staff were friendly and appeared knowledgeable.

Lovely walks. Great cafe. Food was tasty & well presented. The service top notch. Good to see so many waitresses & counter staff. There seems to be so many other places understaffed, these days. Will definitely return!

We enjoyed another lovely lunch at Old Hall Café with a friend this weekend. All of us ordered the crayfish sandwich with Scotch eggs on the side. We weren’t expecting such a large and generously filled sandwich for £8, especially when the filling was crayfish. The Scotch egg was also delicious, even though we didn’t need it in hindsight. Fantastic value for money and brilliant service.

What a delightful place. I dont know why weve not been here before. 12 minute cycle ride from Southwold. Admittedly alo g quite s busy road but well worth the journey. Everything was a joy.

Warm reception. Friendly staff. Fantastic window seat with fabulous views. Lovely hot latte. Huge cheese scone with chillie jam. Great venue for catch up with friends

This is a lovely place and the staff are really friendly and welcoming. The café is large and airy with great views over the marshes. The food is very good - see photo of their large breakfast and a couple of pastries. (They also do a small breakfast!) There are some short walks from the café with bird hides en route. A bit muddy in places. Large car park. They also have a maze and a playground but these are only open at certain times and there is a small charge to use them.

Really pleasant surroundings, lovely clean and large eating area with delicious food. We enjoyed a lovely walk after our breakfast and a bonus was seeing a beautiful Marsh Harrier! Will definitely come back with our Daughter to play in the play area and on the karts and Maize maze when it's open.

Lovely service, all staff so friendly and Manager helpful when we asked about walks. Clean, great coffee and cake with wonderful views. Visit again, a definite if you are in the area. Dogs welcome too

Fantastic location with amazing views, food was delicious, dog friendly, play areas for children inside and outside seating. Breakfast was superb staff very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended.
