Wendy's

While there were very few people in the restaurant, our food came quickly... Too quickly, as it was cold and old, like they reheated it and gave it to us. My kid's fries, nuggets and burger were lukewarm at best. They made new fries on request but new fries shouldn't have to be requested. We were on a road trip so I don't know if this type of service is standard.

Polite and quick service but then I was the only customer. I sat inside out of sight of employees behind counter. Their 'private' conversations became loud, a bit boisterous and made use of the 'f' word and a few others less than savory. Just young kids being kids but.... When done eating I talked to young female supervisor, explained I had heard the loud discussions and suggested it should be addressed. (I used to be a "Shopper"). She was very polite and receptive. Promised to talk to employees in question.

Sandwiches seem to be fine, but never ask for a consistent cup of coffee! I go through the drive through nearly every morning before work and ask for a coffee with 3 cream and 7 sugar. What they end up doing is either throwing a bunch of cream and sugar in a bag and SOMETIMES ill get a spoon to stir it in. so not sure if they are expecting me to fix up my coffee while I'm driving?? OR they put the cream and sugar in and just do not stir it, so 3/4 through a cup I finally hit take a massive gulp of sugar sitting at the bottom of the cup! But today they upset me enough to write a review. I went through the drive through and ordered the same thing I get every other day, they got my order backwards and put in 7 creamer and 3 sugar, and it made my coffee cold. So I stopped the kid and told him that I need him to make a new cup of coffee for me because of how cold it is. He ends up showing his frustration to me through the window and pours another cup, throws the creamer and sugar in a bag and tells me next time I should order my coffee with less cream if I don't want it cold! How about you get my order right the first time, and you won’t need to make a second cup of coffee?

Drive Thru lanes were long, went inside to order. Kiosk was frustrating to place order on and it frustrated the employee to take the order at the register. Waited almost 20 minutes to get order fulfilled as the employees were prioritizing the drive thru lane orders. The employees looked frustrated, they were working hard do do their jobs and my order was exactly right (almost all other of my FF orders are not filled right). Employees get a 3.5- worked hard, worked fast for the outside orders, got the orders right (nobody came into the shop saying drive thru order was wrong) but their attitudes were off. The Wendy's food was horrible! Off taste, bad flavor, nasty consistency in the burgers, fries were mushy and tasted way off and even the c frosty tasted plasticy. Reminded me of you kitchen food.
