Staff are lovely, no specials left, place was packed so it was uncomfortably hot while eating. Great that you can get smaller portions

We dined in here on the evening of 17th of August and I think it's worth coming to Sunderland just for this place! The food was super tasty,the staff extremely attentive and the atmosphere was so cosy and relaxed. We got carbonara and pizzas and honestly I think it was the best we had!
We were 2 adults and 2 children and our needs were accomodated perfectly.
I would absolutely go there again if I am ever in Sunderland👌

The food and choice is superb, authentically Italian, and several levels above most Italian restaurants.
Great range of food and drink, love the moretti siciliana.
Staff are friendly and welcoming,
Booking ahead is recommended, missing out on a great experience definitely not recommend.
