Grand old Pub, serving real hand pulled ale. Come down and ask Victor to pour you a few pints, you won't be disappointed. Top marks from me👍🍻

A great old pub, with a great history, which can be seen in the photos on the walls. It's cosy, but a brilliant pub. A decent selection of drinks on offer and has seating in/outdoors. There's a television above the bar which shows tv and sports. Great for watching the local match and having a pint! The owners are always welcoming and have a tale to tell at times if you get talking.....ask them about the poltergeist upstairs....although you may not get them talking about it! The pub welcomes dogs too. Never a bother, more the merrier. Definitely worth a visit and a refreshment. ....take it from a local.

The jolly sailor is a friendly local pub, Vic and Charlie make you feel really welcome as do all the staff. It's an oldie world type pub which is very cosy for those winter night's but has outside seating to watch the world go by in summer also the Sunday dinners are to die for.
