The staff and coffee at Caffe Nero cannot be faulted - both are excellent. It's also a very nice location with some lovely, comfortable seating. The only things stopping it getting five stars are the somewhat limited number of chairs & tables, and the food selection, which pales in comparison to somewhere like Starbucks and Costa, especially if you require gluten-free options. The cakes are lovely, though.
