Incredible venue. Anoop and the team ensured we had an absolutely amazing wedding day. It was so perfect everyone was so kind and accommodating!!! Then 3 years later, we returned for our anniversary to a familiar greeting from Anoop, a stunning meal & cocktails topped off with a complimentary bubbly! Couldn't recommend this place enough, you will never find more friendly & accommodating staff, the atmosphere is beautiful and the food & drink is to die for!!

Chose this venue for our wedding reception & it was perfect. All our guests loved the rural setting, fabulous food & lovely bedrooms. Sarah, Events Coordinator, did us proud & we can't thank her & all the staff on the day enough. This place is a little gem in the Warwickshire countryside. Returned for Sunday lunch a month later - excellent meal, helpful, attentive staff & the best cheesecake on earth!

Stayed at the royal arms several times over the years, the location is great and the staff are friendly. It doesn’t get packed out with rowdy gangs and is perfect if you want a quiet break or meal. Beer garden is nice too. Only problem I find here is the price of the food and drinks and not alot of choice on the menu, the portion sizes can be a bit small at times. Breakfast service can be pretty slow, the rooms are nice only problem I find with them is the water pressure in the showers, I’ve stayed in several rooms and they’re all the same. But I like it here and will continue to return in the future.

So firstly the staff, both Amber and Maria were a delight and really made us feel welcome. They were friendly and funny whilst remaining professional at all times, the people and service makes all the difference when dining out or staying at a hotel. The checkin was swift and efficient with all information provided to us about dinner, breakfast etc. The chef in this place also needs a shout out, wow for the perfect cooked steak and just a genuinely great plate of food, seriously impressed with our food. Moving onto the accommodation, this is pretty basic and starting to look a little tired, especially the bathrooms. We had a twin room and stayed in number 2 of their 14 or so little rooms located on the grounds but not attached to the pub. We did have a slight ant issue in our room which wasn’t a huge problem, but might have been for some people. I’m still giving this place a 5 star even though the rooms really could do with improvements. The main reason for the 5 stars is due to the great staff and amazing food we had.

Amazing value. Rooms are very well converted stable blocks. Very clean. Warm. We were part of a birthday party and the set food was phenomenal. Steak was the best I've ever had. Staff were all so accommodating and lovely. We enjoyed our entire stay. Historically fascinating area too. Will return.

Lovely pub for a meal or just a drink. Beautifully presented drinking/dining areas and a good outdoor space. Although the menu is smaller than some venues, the food is tastefully plated and very enjoyable. The staff are attentive and friendly without being over the top and the drinks selection is good.

We've visited twice now for Sunday lunch and one of the best we've tried so far within a 5 mile radius of hinckley.. Extremely tasty, reasonable priced and plenty of food on your plate. Cheese sauce on the cauliflower/ broccoli cheese is 💯

Attended The Royal Arms Hotel for my sister's wedding, the main building was really nice, and the wedding venue was adequate, the only downside would be that the drinks seemed more expensive in the wedding venue.
