Went with my mate and our toddlers during Tier 2 for brunch and a pint. Were sat at separate tables next to each other and given amazing service by the staff there. They didn't have the beers we wanted in stock (IPA) but made up for it with attentiveness and were great with the toddlers.

With covid restrictions on the unlimited breakfast the poor waitors and waitresses are rushed off their feet. Fetching toast and refills everytime anyone wants anything. They're doing 3 times the work they were before but i bet they aren't being paid 3 times the wage! On arrival we were a little late, the man who greeted us was rude. A man with glasses and grayish hair i assume the manager as he was wearing a red lanyard. He said we would have less time at our table, did not explain how much time or how much less time. Was just generally unwelcoming. The irony of saying we had less time, then waiting for 15 minutes for our orange juice and apple juice. Our waitress was lovely but was obviously under a lot of pressure with the work load she had, really did feel sorry for the staff. Was only able to get one refill as again the waiters and waitresses age rushed off their feet. We went on a day where the eat out to help out scheme was on so only paid £5 each for our breakfast. With the covid restrictions the service and breakfast we received would not have been worth the usual price of £10. I will not be returning to this harvester, I much prefer The George in Morden up the road.

Very disappointed , don't usually eat here usually use the George but was fully booked now understand why the plough had so many available bookings . Very dirty place , the radiator we was sat next to was covered in food splatters and every edge was covered in thick layer of dirt and grime , the toilets stunk the place needs a good clean especially during this pandemic. The sauces we was first given were out of date . All the food came out cold and my partners chicken very pink . Our finished plates were left in front of us for 20 minutes after we'd all finished without any offer of removing them . I couldn't even face having pudding as the whole experience was very frustrating. Very understaffed , the chefs were calling out to have food served constantly. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY !!

We tried this branch of harvester for the first time. We had a booking but still had to wait 20 mins to be seated and only got seated when we asked if the table was ready yet. It was then 15 mins before our server took our order. He didn’t apologise for the wait, just took the order and said he’d be back in a minute to take us to the salad bar. He then disappeared for 10 minutes. We could see our food ready and waiting but again our server had disappeared. We won’t be going to this branch again, the service was awful
