The Clink Restaurant

The food was incredible. I got the a la carte menu. The flavours were immaculate and only one thing topped it… THE SERVICE! I have never felt so looked after in any restaurant. Foyj, Lynch, Lewis and Luke had my friend and I in stitches and were an absolute pleasure. I wish I could tip because this experience was worth a lot more than what we paid!!

This was my first visit to The Clink for lunch and it will be the first of many! I went with my friend who has visited for lunch on several occasions and highly recommended I went and I'm so glad I did. Lovely dining room, delicious food (my cod was cooked to perfection) and excellent front of house service by Mo and Andre who were friendly, polite, attentive and efficient. A big thank you to them, the chefs and all the staff for a lovely all-round lunch experience.

I visited for Sunday dinner with my family. Amazing experience down to the security checking eating in the restaurant and leaving though the big metal controlled gates :) The food was amazing so tasty, the inmates were all so chatty and lovely so well done to you all including the chefs ofcourse. I want to say a massive well done to Ted our waiter. It was his first day he was lovely he took the time to speak about himself and his hobbies on the outside was a lovely chat. I wish him all the best and well done you should be proud. We will defiantly be returning that's for sure. Thanks for the experience and well done to everyone involved. X

Sunday lunch with my wife yesterday afternoon. A fantastic experience, 10/10... would highly recommend. The quality of the food was very good and the service from Jamie and Mo professional, polite and speedy. Very well organised from booking, arrival, ID checks, airport style security checks, head chef welcome, dining experience and departure. Thank you to everybody involved...

Excellent food, all done by the trainee inmates Directions they provide could be better, once you arrived it was not clear where to go , you had to register for security checks half an hour before meal, before they showed you into restaurant. You must bring photo I'd, with you, and you have to go through a scanner, airport style. You cannot bring anything with you in the restaurant only a credit card and coat. You leave everything else in a locker outside the prison Unfortunately they got our table mixed up registered us as table 12 instead of table 9 so we had to wait sometime for our food, as waiters were not sure who it was for. Two courses for 30.00,and three courses for 35.00,no need to have side orders as main meal big enough, they also ask you if they can put 12 per cent on bill for service charge, which is a bit of a cheek, as I expect that does not go to prisoner's. Quite expensive restaurant but food very good

Went for Christmas Lunch with my cousin. Absolutely first class. The food was amazing, beautifully cooked and presented. The front of house guys Shah and Cliff were both friendly and attentive, we enjoyed chatting to them, they were both very proud of their work. Please pass on my compliments to everyone in the kitchen as well as front of house. You are all doing an amazing job. I will be coming back as soon as I can 🙂

I went to the clink Today for a Christmas meal with my cousin. It was one of the best meals I have ever tasted. The food was like going to the ivy restaurant, I was so impressed. It was my first visit but definitely not my last! The front of house staff that served us was Shah and Cliff, they were both very professional and friendly, we engaged in lots of conversations with them both about their journey in the clink. Please pass on my compliments to them they should be very proud of their work and I wish them both every success for the future. Keep up the good work boys. Hope to see you again soon. I would highly recommend this restaurant, the attention to detail with the food is second to none. 5 star service all round!
