Unwelcoming, use to be friendly and encourage dogs now if have a dog sit in a cubicle. Walked out after 5 minutes no atmosphere like it use. Can't believe change in4 months

Fabulous, great atmosphere, came in last Friday with 4 friends. We were met by Ian the new manager. Very pleasant, Professional and great customer service skills. Ian was very attentive and ensured that we all had what we needed. He ensured his staff were vigilant and dealing with the customers needs. Quick, fast and prompt service. Lovely and clean and food was fantastic we all had a great meal and we will definitely be back. Thank you Ian and your team kindly appreciated Rachel

Recently booked a wake reception at the pub, with buffet catering. Relaxed atmosphere, attentive staff and good food all helped make the event go smoothly. Had a great visit for lunch. Lovely pub emily was really helpful and friendly. Food was served quickly and was tasty. Great to be able to take the dog too who enjoyed his own doggy fish abd chips

This is my new local pub.. I have only been for drinks but really nice outdoor area to enjoy a drink in the sun. Looking forward to trying the food!

Came back for the first time after a few bad experiences over the last few months. Food was the best it has been for a while - staff Emily and Jess were happy and attentive with all customers- and were a breath of fresh air.
So often, staff don’t look happy to be there but they were so chatty and welcoming to every single customer.
Let’s hope this pub being great again!
