The chicken was good, mashed potatoes were creamy, and broccoli was well prepared! I had to ask for more sauce for my wings as it wasn't in the self-serve bottles. The staff acted as if it was a massive inconvenience. They did eventually bring it, and that was my only negative interaction with them. Overall, good food and a pleasant experience. Will return.

The usual friendly Nando's welcome and food of great quality. Did not dine in, so unable to comment on toilets, etc. Love the emergency service 20% discount. Did notice that the door to open is hard for some people.

Ralin, Sophie and Ariel, gave myself, children and their friends a beautiful time at Nandos today. Ralin's service was out of this world and next to none. His service should not go unnoticed. Thank you for time and effort. Sophie was so attentive and supportive, don't you ever change. Aries, thank you for making us feel so welcome.

Got the same experience as you would expect in Nando's. Having lived in UK for 12 years, I am a fan of Nando's and have hardly been let down. Keep up the good work. The cheerful staff in Sutton made it even special.

Visited Nando's Sutton, chose 4 boneless chicken thighs marinated in medium Piri Piri, Piri salted chips & Stem broccoli, with a Sacrés golden lager. Service good & staff friendly. Food well presented & delightfully tasty. Once customers have ordered, requested drinks are served, along with empty glasses for those ordering carbonated drinks on demand, which customers fill at self serve area, which can later be refilled. Ice (for drinks) & extra sauces are self serve too. Toilets are located in basement via a stairwell, however didn't notice any lifts for wheelchair users.

So the food stuff; 100% on the yummy side. Yeah, it's Nandos what can I say? Infinite drink refills always a nice touch. Not so great on the table service, things took a while to make. But me and my very cute friend finally got our orders.

Fantastic food choices. Great for soda lovers , they have bottomless drinks. Somehow they kept the barriers/screen on most tables they used during Covid, which is good, it gives you added privacy to stop people looking on you while you do your finger licking, and sauce dipping. Too bad they have now stopped serving chicken livers, which I really like. Dunno what's wrong with that!

Staff were friendly and welcoming. Food was good. Peri gravy was back when I went. I hope Nando’s never stop doing the gravy, it’s amazing

I likes the texture of food. The chicken was well cooked and was tasty.
The ambiance was good. Price was medium, so visit again.
I got sit to settle with in few min, and they didn't took much time to place the order

Nandos has become one of the standards in British dining out options, the variety of choice means everyone at the table can get exactly what they want.

I've been to this Nandos a handful of times and have to say I am incredibly disappointed in how consistently poor this restaurant performs.

The staff seem to struggle with the basics, favouring a full house in the kitchen, but neglecting the floor and organisation, for speedy cooking which results in dry, overcooked, unseasoned meals.

Waiting for a table is roulette, a large party (anything more than four) can be left to wait for up to 45mins while pairs and trios who arrived before them are sat at tables with spare seats. And those pairs can sometimes find themselves sharing a table with utter strangers which has lead to the kitchen sending out any food with that table's number on it leading to even more confusion.

Trying to attract the attention of floor staff is almost impossible, because there are so few of them and many seem keen to return to the kitchen. On my sister's birthday the bun to her burger was burnt and when she went to the till to inform them she was told to go to the back of the queue. Eventually someone came to collect the burger and returned with a fresh un-burnt bun and a cold burger and fries.

I would be less inclined to criticise the floor staff as they have a tough job to do, but I struggle to see what they actually do, as they have sat me at tables with food still on it, handed me a menu and disappeared, leaving me to tell the till staff I needed my table cleared, or not wiping down the table after clearing it or not restocking the sauces, napkins or cutlery or not checking the toilets.

All in all, for something so simple, this Nandos really struggles to deliver. And many of you must be wondering why I haven't raised these issues with management: I have, and each time the response has been: It won't happen again. Which is fine, except for two reasons: One, it shouldn't have happened in the first place. Two: It keeps happening.

So, unless one of my siblings gets it into their heads that they want to go here for their birthday, I will not be going to this Nandos again. In the words of one of their staff members, who seemed to think I was one of their mates leaving the pub, not a paying customer leaving the restaurant: "Later, dude"
