The food came out slow however very hot, the poppadams where warm and quite delicious however £1 each is abit exotic for something so simple. They also charged per chutney which for me is abit cheeky. The main dishes where very tasty and we quite enjoyed our meal.

I came here for a meal on Friday and wasn’t disappointed.
We were seated easily without a booking, the staff were very attentive and the food we ordered was hot and tasty. I will be returning and may even try the order for collection service.
I gave 4/5 as we were charged 80p each for 5 chutneys that came with the poppadoms.. and only ate and asked for 3 of them.

We went to the restaurant twice and there is enormously tasty food . Definitely we will come back againWe like very spicy food and when ask about extra chilli etc we get it. We have tried many indian restaurants and to be honest that one of the few that we like most. The staff is very friendly and approachable.

This restaurant goes from strength to strength. The staff are attentive and the owner is jolly and passionate in just making your dining experience the best it can be. Tonights curry and rice were good 5/5. I am writing this review though because the kebab starters which were made to order, extra chili in mine, were exceptional. Great meal Lal Akash, thanks!

Hadn't visited this restaurant before so were nervous that it might be bad particularly as there are some negative reviews. But we need not have worried as the food was fresh, fantastic and very tasty and the service was excellent, quick and very polite. This is not a cheap and cheerful restaurant so if that's your thing this is not for you.

Have just moved into the neighbourhood.
I love a decent curry and this certainly didn’t disappoint. Lamb Rogan with beautifully tender lamb and a superb sauce. It was a very quiet Sunday evening so I couldn’t really rate the atmosphere although I did find the mains took a while as we’d finished a bottle of wine before they arrived. However would not detract me from visiting again and I would certainly recommend this lovely little place.

This is an excellent restaurant and as a result go regularly to it. The menu is wide and varied and the food is always superbly cooked. In addition the service is always good and never have to wait long for the food. I would highly recommend visiting this restaurant. A really good find.

The food was lovely. No complaints. Service was just okay but it was very busy (Saturday night). We were seated at quite a small table and crammed in which wasn't the best. I'd also say the restaurant is a little overlit, so the lights could do with some dimming.

Took our mum for Mother’s Day today and wow what a lovely heart felt experience. We got a free toasting drink and gorgeous tasty 5 course menu. The staff couldn’t be more accommodating so many personal touches. The full experience thank you can’t wait to go again!

Excellent restaurant with Nepalese and Indian food options. Came here with two kids who loved the food. I'd recommend the butter chicken for kids who like something with a little less spice. Have been here a couple of times now - my favourite local Indian restaurant.
