Pizza Hut Delivery

We spend nearly £50, and by the end we had 4 pizzas, 4 sides, and 2 drinks. The order came quick, taking in consideration that was the day of the storm, but the pizzas were smashed and a drink was missing. I told the driver that a drink was missing to which he replied "you got it already". I told him that we had 2 included and I only got one, therefore 1 was missing. He then just looked at me and said "ah okay, thank you" AND JUST LEFT. He literally just drove of and ignored what I had just said to him. I then called the branch that did not understand my address, I repeated my address and after they said they got it and said that the order was already delivered. I agreed with her, but was explaining why I was calling and she barely listened to me and just asked me what was missing that it would be sent. Well, that was a bit rude but fine, I told her and she reassure me that it would be sent. It has passed hours and no drink. Honestly is not much for the drink, but for the whole attitude on dealing with their mistake. Is just a lack of professionalism overall. Horrible experience.

No delivery yet, called them their answer was we don’t have any drivers and don’t know when will we be able to deliver. The management needs to take some steps to resolve such issues, this seems like a norm for this pizza hut to have a delivery of minimum 3 hours. If you don’t have the staff , don’t take the orders. What unprofessional behaviour by the whole management team. If i saw the reviews first I would have never ordered it in the first place.

Ordered two 14” pizzas and garlic bread from this Wimbledon branch. Firstly, it took almost 3 hours for it to arrive!. I never received not even an apology from the driver he just gave the order and walked off which seemed very rude. I called in store several times as I was not pleased by the overall experience but never got an answer. Secondly, the pizza itself was hideous, the pizza was hard and was not pleasant to bite and a lack of sauce on the base made the pizza dry and inedible and the garlic breads was the same poor quality, it was rock hard and almost lost a tooth trying to take a bite. I ended up throwing everything away and haven’t yet been able to get a refund. I honestly don’t know how the store thought it was acceptable delivering such poor quality food. It is also well over priced for frozen supermarket like pizza. I WILL NEVER BE ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN👎🏽

1 star is too much for this place - it took 95 minutes to deliver two pizzas which both arrived soggy, cold and undercooked. The side was also poor quality, I think they just sent me some supermarket nuggets! No apology and very expensive for the really poor quality. Do not order from here! if you can use an alternative please do. The West Norwood delivery store was very good in the past - the Wimbledon store is absolutely awful. Judging by the reviews on here - it must be the manager. Pizza Hut should removed the franchise and close this store down!

Pizza arrived completely smashed. Imposible to get anyone on the phone from the pizza hut restaurant, they didn't bother to pick up. The delivery guy just left back with the smashed pizza telling me the pizza hut will contact me back which they never did. I paid 16£ to receive no food! Avoid this pizza hut in Wimbledon if you dont want to loose money or if u expect to get decent food.

Please read before you order food from this place, Would like to warn you all do not order from this place, liers and late deliveries. food took 1h30 to get my food,called the branch and they claimed that the delivery driver had been in the restaurant 20mins ago and that I was lying and hanged up the phone to me totally unacceptable rude customer service made a formal complaints and will take matters further.

A bizarre situation where this location has been closed for weeks now (with a sign on the door saying it is closed), but is showing as open on Pizza Huts system meaning if you are closest to this location, the system won't let you order from any of the other nearby locations. I told Pizza Hut directly 2 weeks ago that this was an issue but still nothing has changed.
