Placed an order on my mobile for pick up in store. Very simple to do & very efficient. Got to the Cheam outlet & our order was being prepared. We ordered a Big Mac, a Quarter pounder with cheese, fries, hot chocolate & cappuccino. All very good. Love McDonald's.

Very busy place specially weekend. Car park almost full! 🚗 I used Mac app to order collection at the store. Fast and easy! And staff are friendly and they try to keep clean as possible the eating area. We enjoyed time here !! Good 👍

Rupita was amazing, a lovely women. I have never experienced service like that from any mc Donald’s branch. She really showed that manners are free and every employee, managers included should look up to her.

Good drive thru. The drive-thru servers seem to have special powers to be able to listen and take orders on their headset, all the while speaking to another person taking payment. Good service all round, although the food is a bit dry most of the time.

I had a good time eating at McDonald's, the only issue was that the online ordering went wrong and my payment was declined so I payed at the store, everyone including staffs and customers were friendly and I would go any day because of the brand's great food and it's friendly customers and staffs.

They gave free Chocolate sauce on the McFlurry, when I didn't ask for it, I could've been Lactose Intolerant!

Food was decent, a little cold at times even if going through the drive through, burgers taste a little plasticky which doesn't help. Overall the food is decent at best. Unfortunately, I don't think I will be back around here for a while.

This McDonald's is one of the new outlets with automated food ordering machines setup. The ordering flow is smoothed out and is pretty hassle free. When it comes to food, it is pretty same as any other McDonald's.

Usual quality of food for McDonalds, but if you are in the mood for some fast food, it's quite ok in fact. Neat and clean inside, own parking, fast service. Also since it's quite a busy branch, thanks to the drive-through, everything seems freshly made
