Best Place to Have a break and get the Hygiene food. The staff are very polite and good in nature.

This pizza hut made me laugh... At first I thought the staff were arguing but it's just their banter... Funny staff.. food was fresh and hot. Only would like to see them in uniform. That's the only down star but would go there to order again.

I eat from with my here every week with my son, food is always hot and well cooked. The shop is very clean and i get great customer service from all staff especially Naseer.

Delicious pizza, prompt delivery time and great service from staff members in store, to the delivery men.
I've ordered from this Hut a couple times and have never been disappointed, from pick up to delivery. They have a variety of offers online to meet your needs whether it be date night in or a gathering of 6 in the garden :))
The new Nacho Cheese stuffed crust might not be my favourite kind of crust but at least it is nice to have new options, like the KFC popcorn chicken.

Ordered from here after a bad experience from a local independent. So glad I did. Usual perfect cheesy deep base pizza. Great offers on site. Auto saved me money. This was cheaper than the previously mentioned pizza and we got more for our money.
Delivery was quick, the guy was just a bit 'dim'. For example he called me after delivery to deliver another pizza, he had the wrong number. This was after calling me twice to deliver my pizza which resulted in my partner going to collect it from him, no other delivery drivers seem to have an issue.

Order placed took 2 hours 15mins to arrive<br/><br/>Called after 1 hour 30mins told the order 'would be with me shortly' the phone was then hung up.<br/>When the delivery arrived I opened the door to find a disinterested/miserable Pizza Hut employee, I asked about the order taking over 2 hours, and told (in an unapologetic manner) 'short on drivers.<br/><br/>He struggled to pull the pizza boxes out of the bag, which was crammed full of orders.<br/>The pizza boxes were bent out of shape, with large grease marks on the bottom where the pizza had been sitting for some time. <br/><br/>The pizza had obviously been sitting under a heat lamp in the box for some time, it was almost cold and did not taste freshly made. <br/><br/>I would rather be told Pizza Hut is unable to take my order. But instead the money is taken and one of the worse pizza's I've had was delivered.

This is by far the worse pizza hut ever opened. Customer service is 0. Staffs are rude on the phone. Manager is worse than staff. Delivery takes over 2hrs to arrive. On arrival order was completely wrong. This particular branch should be shut down. Terrible place

The worst service ever took 2hours for my pizza to be delivered and when it was the delivery guy forgot the drink then he lost the receipt so didn't know how much the order was. The manager was very rude and the delivery guy seemed to not really care at all. Lewisham Way Pizza Hut has to be the worst Pizza Hut ever.... Never again.<br/>

Another crappy experience with Pizza Hut at lewisham way, take an order then over an hr later, still no sign of an order they stop answering their phones, after an hr and a half we end up going to collect a pizza we don't even want anymore and try to get a response as to why they don't answer their phones, we got a refund but only if we ring head office!!!! It is outrageous and a constant problem, this is not the first time this has happend. This system DOES NOT WORK!!!!!!!

Very Annoying Experience from the operator on phone. I called thrice to explain the order and every time I call he says he could not get me last time.<br/>So finally when he got it and said that my order will be with me in 45 mins I thought I would get it.<br/>But worst part was still left<br/>After nearly 1 hr I called them back to check order status and person on the on the end tells me that he could not place my order (which he confirmed he placed) because he could not get what was the order.<br/>This was most ridiculous experience for any customer who is asking for a delivery of a pizza and operator don’t give a valid reason why your order did not turned up.<br/>A honest reason saying that he can’t deliver would have saved their customer. I am not going to order anything from that shop ever again.<br/>These guys are damaging the brand in this area.
