Just been here to collect a £9.99 pizza and was served by a nice man called Aziz. I ordered online, realised I made a mistake but when I called them up they were able to adjust the pizza as they had not made it yet. Really nice of them!

Come here occasionally, not sure why the reviews are so bad, I’ve never had an issue… friendly stuff, great pizza, £5 for 2 people is a great price - much appreciated guys, keep it up!

Ordered for lunch collection. Was ready as I arrived, excellent service.
Pizza and sides were classic Pizza Hut, terrible for me, but very tasty... :)

Aziz, was absolutely wonderful. My app automatically added my old address, he called me to double check and still made sure that the food was going to be delivered (28 minute journey). Thank you so much Aziz & Pizza Hut Team.

Apparently something went wrong so they cooked another pizza and then sent both. Got a whole large stuffed crust free and both tasted good so can't complain at all about that. Thanks

Urgh! I ordered the spicy hot via Just East but the website glitched and I ended up with the Margarita for £14.49 11". It didn't look like it had anything on it except cheese and I had a slice and it tasted awful. I knew that my order must be wrong, so I called up the West Norwood branch and all I got was attitude.

£14.49 is a lot of money for a medium pizza; I could have bought half a dozen nicer pizzas in the supermarket.
Suffice to say, Pizza Hut is off the menu, with its high price and lack of quality.

Garlic bread cold and stale and did not taste of garlic.
Chicken nuggets was undercooked, had to put them in the oven to make sure they were safe to eat.
Pizza was slightly undercooked. Awful!!
