Excellent service and pizzas. They were asked if they could help out the staff at their local hospital as they are really struggling. The manager, Yacob and his team, went above and beyond at short notice to cook 80 large pizzas for the NHS. This was extremely well received and appreciated by nurses.

Food is overpriced although they do a buy 1 get 1 pizza free which is much better value and the hut rewards are nice as you may get free slices or free garlic bread. Even if the prices are a little high, it's worth it as the portions are very generous with a little bit of everything that was said to be on the pizza. I would recommend it but only order on days where there are deals like buy 1 get 1 free or 7.99 for a large pizza.

We got walk in, pizza was made INCREDIBLY fast. (about 15 minutes) We could have left 5 minutes earlier, but we stayed and chatted with the employees for a bit. They were so nice and helpful and gladly offered to give us instructions on how to get to the nicest places in London (since we are only visiting) and the pizza was very good. They even showed us the pizza before putting it in the oven, which is something that I haven’t seen in any other restaurant. All in all, very friendly staff, great pizza quality, and fast turn around time. Would give them more stars if I could, and would definitely recommend the whole walk in experience.

A (big) tasty pizza(ish) for when you are really, really hungry! THE FOOD * * * * Pizza Hut, as well as similar pizza chains, delivers a type of pizza that most Italians would refuse to call such. This is not a conventional restaurant grade pizza though - this is a fast food pizza. So as long as you don't set your expectations too high (you wouldn't expect a MCD to taste like a Gourmet Burger, would you?), their pizza will definitely please you. My Pizza was warm and full of flavour, if not a little greasy. Their large pizzas may not look that large but you will struggle to finish them anyway unless you are really, really hungry. THE SERVICE * * * * * First off, I didn't go for the delivery option. I've collected my pizza as the restaurant is a mere 5 minutes ride from where I live. I've read many reviews talking about bad customer service. I didn't experience any rude staff - actually I've found everyone very friendly and helpful. I've arrived 5 minutes early to have the time to pay and my pizza was ready the moment I enter the place. In within 5 seconds that I cross the door one the staff asked me if he could help. OVERALL EXPERIENCE ***** I would recommend the collect option of this restaurant as it's left me satisfied and full - I honestly couldn't finish my pizza, next time I'll go for a medium ;)

Delivery was scheduled for 30 minutes and instead took an hour and a half. Food arrived cold.<br/><br/>Made a complaint over the phone and was offered a free pizza.<br/><br/>Called today to order the free pizza and was told that this was only available if we spend £11 on other items also.<br/><br/>Terrible customer service, don't waste your time or money.
