Reviews of Pizza Hut Delivery

I think that some of the reviews here are very harsh (someone gave 1star because the slices were cut uneven 🙄) My pizza was great, Dishent’s team served me promptly and cooked it well done as I asked for, took out the ingredient that I requested out and added the topping, so everything was quality and diligence. Also, many delivery drivers were coming during my 10 min wait to pick up, and the team was attentive to numbers and orders.

Great pizza and great service. I understand there is new management and staff at this branch, the difference is day and night, extremely friendly staff and a great quality pizza put together and cooked perfectly. I ordered online, got a great value deal and my food was ready in 10 mins. Highly recommended, especially for the older customers who were put off from the previous staff, it's completely different

Visited location before the lockdown Ordered online for pickup Was worried about bad reviews, but totally unfounded on my visit Staff were really friendly, wishing me a good day and having the hot pizza ready on time Ordered a veggie one which was fabulous, as you can see loads of vegetables that were cooked to perfection. The pizza was hot, cheesy with loads of flavour - Delicious!!!

I would give 0 star if I could. Food arrived 2 hours late, and it was freaking cold and soggy. Complained and offered me a 10 pounds voucher, I said I want full refund then she told me she will put it in the system about my order and they will give me free pizza equivalent to the price I ordered originally. Called them today, they are not taking my order because NOTHING is showing in their "system". Called customer service and offered me 15 pounds voucher but I refused to take it because they are sending it via post and I cannot use it today, then he just hung up. What kind of service is this? <br/><br/>AVOID AT EVERY COST. Domino or Papa John's have so much better quality and service.

The food took 2 hours to arrive; we called the shop numerous times over that time and no one answered the phone once. When food eventually arrived the food was cold, pizza was soggy, we received the wrong drink and there were no sauces. <br/><br/>I honestly can't believe this premises is still open for business - it's an absolute shambles. What a waste of money! I will stick with Dominos or Papa Johns in the future. I advise everyone NEVER to use this branch, poor quality of food and equally poor customer service. Disgusting!!!

On Wednesday night, they refused to deliver because I placed the order at 10:30pm but the opening times are from 10:00am-11:30pm. <br/><br/>After I placed the order, I got a call saying that it was too late for them to deliver and told me I needed to contact customer services to receive a refund. I rang the customer services but they were shut. Next day, I rang them and was told that the refund would take between 10-16 working days. <br/><br/>The refund needs to be approved by their finance department team, and then the approval is sent to the company they use for online transactions which is why I was told it will takes this long. <br/><br/>Do not recommend this place at all.

On the 31/01/2016 at 10pm we had an experience with your Kennington Pizza hut Delivery service. We ordered some pizza's to get delivered to our door and paid for it by card. After around 25 minutes we received a call from the delivery driver saying they were at the bottom of our flat and we should come out of house and downstairs to get our pizzas. At this point I'm thinking why am I paying for a delivery service if I have to come out of my house. So we rang up Kennington Pizza hut asking them what was going on. After speaking with the manager who was completely useless they said they don't leave their bikes alone and don't deliver to the door. This was completely unacceptable and we told them we're not going downstairs, they said we had to go and get it if we wanted our pizzas. After they put the phone down we went out of our house to get the pizza and when we got it home it was cold. I would like a response to this complaint as this isn't first time this has happened. If after we placed the order Kennington Pizza Hut would have rang us and said they wouldn't deliver to the door and asked us if we were alright to come down and get the pizza then perhaps things would have been different. But for the manager to speak to us in a disrespectful manner and to offer no solution and no answer apart from no we're coming to the door is unacceptable.
